Awful customer service in the mornings. Very slow paced & rude. We were in line & waited for service 1 lady in front of us & the wait was incredibly long so we ordered online & came back 45min later & my food was still not prepared & the lady said I had to wait till the line was clear. At that moment the line was so long I just preferred to have a refund. I contacted management. 15min later my husband went in to the store to get our Chicken Wrap & the young girl followed him out asking my name then rudely made comments to us & walked back in the store. She did not have a hair net on that by it's self is un sanitary. We started to eat our food & it was so cold & the wrap wasn't even correct. Barly had meat on it. More lettuce then anything. If I could post a picture I would, it was disgusting $15 I threw away bc the Employee doesn't care abt her job, at least that's what she told us before she walked backed in the store to probably treat the other customers disrespectful.

I don't understand how this place is not shut down. Vegetables look wilted and old. Employees very rude, do not even say hi or thank you, looked pissed and miserable. People who are in the hospital need people with more compassion like the nurses and not hateful. I don't understand how anyone can be so hateful to an old man who was only placing his order. They need new staff and check the produce. Gloves were also not changed from one order to the next or even after I witnessed going in cash register with them on.

Purchased sandwich for a patient. The young lady had a nasty unprofessional attitude. She made some smart comments because I asked for another piece of bread, the bread she tried to give me initially was sitting out on some dirty cloths and pans. The toppings were not fresh and she did not give me a receipt or ask if I wanted any additions, she literally ignored me and helped another customer. I had to get the receipt from the printer. This is subpar service and definitely should not be acceptable in any atmosphere, especially in a hospital. Served by number is 18152075, time of transaction 7:24pm on 3/21/2024. I would not recommend anyone to this subway regardless of it being the only restaurant in Memorial Hospital.

This is one of the amazing subways I’ve ever been to inside of a hospital. I just started working here a couple months ago and I’ve got to know the store manager and she is one of the sweetest, caring and likes to joke around type of manager. Has learned my order from the beginning to the end.

I wasn’t expecting all that! - even though I read the reviews before going. I thought, it’s gonna be great (even though I went for just chips another time that my husband was getting tests, and it wasn’t great). It’s the manager, y’all. She is the problem. This is my second time going in there with an open mind, and it’s SUPER easy to see she is the problem. This time, she was ordering an employee out of the store, during lunch, which I don’t even have an opinion on because I have no idea what happened before that. The lady was trying to leave but the manager was right up behind her every step, threatening to call security on her over, I think the Subway visor? on her head. I recognized the manager as she was the one bossing people around last time I went in, never looking up as I stood there RIGHT in front of her for several minutes at the register, just waiting to pay for chips. Today, though, she left out with the lady she was running off, and she never. Came. Back. the 20 or so minutes I was in there. The store filled up super fast. Those other two young ladies left in there stuck with it and divided and conquered as best they could. The one on register even tried to keep up with her glove changes, and I ain’t mad at her, she was multi-tasking. I never did see the manager come back. I did, however, see several frustrated online orderers and I get it, I’ve been that person who ordered online because I didn’t have time to wait. Today, though, I hope I remember today before the next time I assume someone was ignoring my orders.Hats off to the young ladies keeping their composure in the lunch rush today

I got to say by looking at the reviews you can tell that some of them are people who probably are having a hard day and taking out on the workers. I have been visiting this subway for the last 3 weeks due to a loved one being in ICU. I got to say with what these employees goes through and the way they keep going just amazes me. They always treat me and my family with so much respect. I enjoy coming in and seeing these ladies. They actually bring a smile to my face which I don’t do much here lately. Tonight is one night I felt sorry for the young girl. She was talked to very rudely by a customer over an online order missing a sub. I think some people forget that we are all humans and makes mistakes. I want you to know ladies that y’all are doing a great job and thank you for being open and preparing our dinner around 6ish tonight and I’m praying for the young lady that came off rude to yall. Keep up the great job.

The rudeness of these 2 girls is incredible. It is in a hospital where most people are going through something very challenging. And ordering ahead and being told the order should be there then yelling at me that's not the same name. They are not helpful, not kind, I'm not sure if they are smart enough to know they are in customer service... all around the most miserable, mean and ugly people have ever met.

One of the worst service I have ever experienced dealing with a Subway.. I came in with a coupon and I asked do they accept coupons and she said yes.. now I csme there after the leaving the ER.. I go in to get a bite to eat only to experience rude customer service because the employee do not know how to key in the number on the coupon.. then she had the nerve to tell me because the coupon wasn't scanning there is no other way to put it in.. yes it is! Key it in manually it got a number on the coupon smh just so unprofessional.. you need to train your employees..and a baby also shouldn't be at the job.. cuz she had her little baby there in a car seat smh this is the most ghetto subway inside of a hospital.. shame on you memorial hospital.

I got to say that I have been several different subways and this one is totally different from all the others. I have been here for over a month with my son who isn’t doing well at all. The manager is always making some kind of joke or messing around with customers. You can tell she is very connected to her customers by the way she knows what they want. She moves the line quickly.

The serve or should I say sandmaker needs to go back in training cause the way he made our sandwiches was thrown together,bread hard, dry looks old ,it's missing veggie , there's no sauces,oil,satno pepper and he didn't even add my cookies and was talking down about his team #1 shift the blame for the reason smh never again .#2 shift ???

Ordered a footlong sub with no cheese. Loaded it up then when I asked for olives she counted out 6. She literally said 6 was there max amount even after I offered to pay for the extra olives. At this point I told her to go ahead and at least give me the cheese since I was paying for it anyway and she told me I couldn't have the cheese since I would probably just throw it (even though it's included in the price of every sandwich) I told her to forget it at this point and then watched her hand pick every ingredient off of my sub and place them back into the clean food bins to use for the next customers.

i was treated horrible called a liar over a coupon. WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL SHARE WITH CO WORKERS TO STAY CLEAR ALSO!!!!!! WE WORK VERY HARD AND SOMETIMES WE HAVE 10 MINUTES TO GRAD SOME THING AND GET BACK. INSTEAD THEY THREW MY FOOD IN THE GARBAGE OVER A THREE DOLLAR DIFFRENCE. IT WAS THE PRINCIPAL OF HOW THE MGR TALKED ON FACETIME TO EMPLOYEE ABOUT IT AND ME SAYING OH WELL TELL HER TO GET ANOTHER. THE LITTLE LADY HELPING ME WAS EMBARRASSED. NEW MGR THAT IS A JOKE VERY RUDE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE VALUE TODAY
