Me and my bf went here not knowing what to expect as we aren’t in the Chattanooga area often, let me tell you we will be back!! It was amazing and staff was friendly, very clean and friendly welcoming atmosphere. The things we ordered (banana split and cheesecake milkshake) looked exactly like how it was pictured and both tasted amazing
Really good Ice cream, got the strawberry cheesecake bowl. Would rate a 5, however the worker was very pissy. Maybe she wasn't having a good day. Hopefully she has better days to come.

Service was super quick and customer service was amazing. The employee Hannah was very knowledgeable on the product and had an amazing attitude towards everyone who walked in will recommend to people So happy that an amazing place like this is local!
Ice cream was great, service was good, I even lost my bag and they made sure to grab it for me and set it aside even though they were closing in 1 minute.

Hershey's ice cream is the best!
I got a sky high cookies and cream today and it tasted like chemicals. Like someone had cleaned a container holding some of the ingredients. It was awful, I hope I won't get sick from it but I'm not going back.

You will find absolutely great ice cream here and they have such a variety of flavors. Also they have shaved ice cream which is awesome, too. They also have dairy-free and vegan flavors. I definitely recommend this place. A golden treasure for ice cream lovers.
