Got the food quickly but no matter what you order they skimp on ingredients and it will be the flattest burrito you will ever get from a Taco Bell and when you order extra they don't give extra and just take your money smh this place has gone down hill bad

I DoorDash from this location frequently and this is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to their lobby is never open when it’s supposed to be and they never have your orders prepared when you get there you end up waiting 30 or 40 minutes

Do you know another fast food experience that will actually improve your mood? I only know 1 and it's the broad street t bell. Food is ALWAYS on point, staff never wastes time and i don't think I've ever seen the store a mess, which is amazing given the non-stop demand at this location. Never change.
Update on 2/26/25 Still the best tbell ever, but whoever is playing with the lobby volume knob needs to stop, it sounds like a bar in here. I can't even hear the people at my table over the very loud bad music.

I like to order breakfast on DoorDash sometimes and it’s usually good but please, for once can I get the sauce I SPECIFICALLY ordered!!!!! I always ask for mild sauce, I add the sauce to the order but I never any sauce!!!!!

Fryer was having issues, manager asked us to pull off to the side for 5 minutes. We happily obliged. Came back through and she insisted that we not pay. We tried arguing because we didn't expect anything free, but she insisted. Truly went above and beyond. Extremely friendly, good food, provided a solution to a problem rather than saying the food was unavailable, and went above and beyond. Stellar customer service.

Workers lock the lobby at night and take literally 20 minutes plus to take and make your other while the lines around the building . I’ve watched each person sit at the ordering menu for over 5 minutes
