My son ordered delivery from your store on Broad St. in Chattanooga tn and O must say that I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. The store is not ten minutes from my home and the food was absolutely cold and you can tell that it was not fresh and very skimpy on the chicken. It looked lije it was just thrown into the container. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Our food was great and the front counter staff was awesome. However, the shift supervisor was mean and disrespectful to the other employees during our entire meal.

I am extremely allergic to guacamole, and I specifically asked for no guacamole on my food. When I called in to get a refund, I was told the manager could not give me a refund because I was not in the business. So I did not get to eat my food because that would’ve hospitalized me and the manager refused to give me a refund because I was not in the store. We had Already left, and I did not have a way of getting back to the store. If a ticket says no guacamole, you don’t put guacamole on the food… It’s that simple. If I had gotten a burrito, I wouldn’t have noticed the guacamole and I would have been in the hospital. This is not OK. Thankfully the food I ordered the guacamole was clearly there, but I still don’t get to eat it. Read the tickets….

They really have good teamwork as our group entered with large order. First, we decided to pick it up, but then the inside atmosphere was great, so we decided to dine in. They put so many saus for pick up as we order so nice of them but soon they saw us eating inside they took all the containers of saus to refill even containers are half way full.one person shouts from back nice team work and they did not put those containers back and keep those refill containers at cashiers desk untill our group leave. I guess they were being funny about those sauces🤣.. This was so funny, but some people in my group believed it was disrespectful

The employees that work at this location either don’t know how to read, or didn’t graduate high school. I never thought I would say you need a high school education to make food off of a screen but it’s a new time I guess. Messed my order up twice and then made me come inside because they were saying I didn’t order something that was simply on my receipt. Whoever owns this location do better and hire people who know how to read and are actually doing there job when they are getting paid.

I come to this Taco Bell a lot. And I try to give them a break because they are busy a lot. But I really am getting to the point where I probably won't come back to get tacos anymore.. They are constantly making these tacos pathetic looking.hardly any meat cheese or lettuce on them
I'm not usually like this but i order the steak & jalapeño fries and when I got home there was 7 fries and 20 jalapeño that was like $6 so I won't be going back to that one
