This Taco Bell on Broad Street has been around as long as I can remember. It has certainly improved an enormous amount from the days a while back when a person went to S. Broad Street and Saint Elmo to get shot. This area of town is currently going through a facelift and is rapidly gentrifying. 2 stars because of the parking lot. It is narrow. If you are parked in a parking space and the drive thru line backs up during the lunch rush, which it will, chances are you’ll be stuck not able to back up because of the cars behind you going through the drive thru.. Also, good luck turning left out of the lot and getting in a lane heading toward downtown. Maybe say a quick prayer and stomp the gas.One other thing. You have to place your order on a kiosk screen in the lobby. They don’t have someone at the front register to take your order anymore. That’s your job now. Ain’t that some $#!7? That to me is whats really Locos Tacos.Parking: If you have a Prius or a mini-coup, #1 I don’t see how you can live with yourself and #2 you should fit just fine in the lot.

Management was extremely rude (seems to be a common theme, judging by how far back similar reviews go). The drive-thru attendant seemed nice, but the manager butted in, completely unprompted, due to a small issue with the order. She gave me an extra burrito which was nice, but I still got charged nearly double the correct amount, and she was all but yelling and going off about how she didn't want this to "come back on her name". Maybe try not being extremely rude and actually fixing issues.

Should get a 1 star. However, I am 5 staring this for the awesome manager Jennifer & team when she is working! I am giving this 5 stars because she really brings such a positive work vibe not only tackling the hard lunch rushes but staying in positive/ fun attitude while still managing so I'll star this review around her while exposing why I should 1 star this location. It's easy to be a boss, but being a leader takes more effort. I felt the need to give her a review personally after multiple RUDE interactions with the White Headed manager guy. He is always in a bad mood, and I can tell the staff alone is less happy. These things make or break fast food restaurants! I use to eat here alot! But now I ONLY go on days she is working! It feels like another place when she is there. Less tension, more smiles, very attentive, interactive, quick, and overall better service!!Go Jennifer !⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Guy Manager ⭐ If you hate your job please find another profession, speaking for all staff and customers!

Absolutely worse employees. Takes almost 5-10 minutes per car in the drive thru. Slowest service I have dealt for a FAST food restaurant.
No casher. Dont like it. Wont be back. You charge to much for no service at all. Dont like your new set up. If you're too cheap to hire a person to take an order you need to come down on

Empty lobby aside from my family and entire lobby is a mess/trashed. Based on reviews it’s been like this and management doesn’t care clearly as these posts go months back….Also food was all messed up and they made an issue to fix so I’m stuck with a wrong order and one worker using the kiosk also picked up TRASHHHH. And went to the line to make food I yelled at her to change gloves and gave me attitude. Of all the Taco Bell’s I have been 2 in America this is the king at being the worst. It’s crazy now that I look at the reviews…..
