I had with a DoorDash delivery from your location. My order was placed through DoorDash, but unfortunately, it was stolen before it could be delivered to me.
I immediately contacted your restaurant to explain the situation and request that my order be remade. To my disappointment, I was informed that my order would not be replaced and that I would have to repay for the entire order, despite the fact that the issue was entirely out of my control.
Additionally, the DoorDash driver contacted me and stated that they would return my order to your store. However, the order was never brought back, and the driver provided conflicting information, claiming at one point that the police were involved and had taken over the situation. I later discovered that the driver had been dishonest about what actually happened.
I am very disappointed with both the lack of support from your staff and the poor handling of the situation overall. As a paying customer, I expect a fair resolution when my order is undelivered due to circumstances beyond my control. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and provide a resolution.

This place is horrible! Didn’t even get our order because the dumb drive through person supposedly couldn’t hear us or the person before us. Took 10 minutes to get up to order and then we just left. The person in front of us threw their drink at the drive-through window. lol Lame!!

I'm a Dasher and literally just picked up a order and the bag reeked of fentanyl and made me and my fiance both sick I have reported this to doordash and if we end up in the hospital y'all will be getting sued that's not ever acceptable to expose customers and delivery drivers to drugs like that and I mean the bag stunk my whole car up and made me throw up y'all need to get to the bottom of whatever that is cause I promise you there's laws for that let alone health codes for it absolutely ridiculous I live in Cleveland that's full of drugs and I've never had that happen there

I give places multiple chances. The last straw was missing 6 of my 18 items ordered and waiting over 30 minutes for it to be replaced in the drive thru. Very unfriendly staff with a strong urge to avoid the customers.

I rarely ever have any issues at this Taco Bell. Food is fresh 90 percent of the time. On occasion, I have gotten old hard cheesy fiesta potatoes. Good service from the employees.
I called for a DoorDash order that I couldn’t find a button for sweet tea and they say they haven’t received my order but as soon as I get it, they will actually make sure that it sweet tea and as soon as we hung up, I got a call back not Even three minutes later, letting me know that my DoorDash came in and that they’re making sure that I got sweet tea. I was very appreciative because other places were not do this and Taco Bell did this for me. Thank you so much Taco Bell.

I am very disappointed with the quality and quantity of my order. It was lacking severely ! I won't be going back there anytime soon. Too much to pay for the skimpy amount of food they give you !!!!

They don’t do their food to spec so be prepared do to go and get it corrected 99% of the time. It’s incorrect or they don’t care. They are friendly but not a 5 star. It’s clean for a Taco Bell.
