It's adequate, mostly, for fast food as far as service and quality. It seems staffed and wait times are generally reasonable. The parking area simply has been overwhelmed with the inner city homeless, mentally impaired, and drug activity in the surrounding area. I can't fault the establishment due to the sheer amount of that activity around. Would be a challenge to eliminate this due to location.
Food was great service, absolutely sucked! Couldn't get anyone's attention for five mins, and no one was there. Almost walked out, but finally, someone popped around the corner and asked if I needed something. Of course I need something or I wouldn't be standing here waiting. ? ugh
