Stood at the counter for 10min as they waited on the drive thru and a couple people in the lobby that had already ordered, not once did anyone acknowledge that I was waiting or say that they would be with me in a moment. A customer that didn't get his drink came back to the counter and they had to hand it past me, so I know it wasn't just an oversite, this by far has to be the worst customer service that I have dealt with in years (left without being served)

Every time I come through the evening staff leaves out two to three things of my orders. I’m going to stop coming to this location. P.s. I spent 30 bucks and they missed two items that were standard in a meal.

Repeatedly poor quality food and always a missing item. The management here seems to be running a circus. Every time I call back to complain, Management wants to appease with a free item. My advice is to fix the poor quality to begin with. Never thought I would say this, but I would be ok if this location closed down.

Not only was the food good and service fast, but I dropped a credit card from my wallet while paying. As I was getting in my car to leave an employee ran outside to give me my car. Much appreciated!

Generally when I eat at a Taco Bell, I can no longer taste the meat on the item there is so little of it. That is not the case here. While I may not eat at TB often, and here only once or twice a year, I have never eaten in this particular restaurant without getting ample fillings in whatever I order. It's not the most convenient location for me but today I was going to be in the area and drove right by the one near my home to eat at this one. So much better than any other that I've eaten at in many years. Sad because they used to all be like this.

Ordered the supreme burrito and it was very disappointing it was cold the contents was barely half of what should be. Will not come back.
The girls working the window today on 9/5 should really get a reality check and the manager who hired her should rethink about this girls employment. It seemed like such an inconvenience to her that she was working there. To not even say “hi your total is….” Is one thing but to hand me my card back so aggressively is crazy. She then opens the door to hand me my food and still no words coming out her mouth. Glad I looked up when she opens the window I fear she may have thrown it at me. I told her to have a good day and that she has a voice she can use. Yes this is fast food and the service isn’t always great but to not even say a word at the window is crazy. What if she ran my card for the wrong total??? Didn’t confirm what I ordered and the rolling of the eyes and acting like I’m a disservice to her is just wack.
