I have never ever in my life felt that the food was made with love in any of the fast food drive threws I've ever been to (which is a lot of em). That is untill this evening. The ladies at the windows were the sweetest little girls. Hands down the best service I've gotten at a drive through, I never write reviews. I will be personally offended if you dont give the back of house and front of house staff a raise. This is the first time ever I've received hot food from taco bell. It's always just warm enough but tonight it was nice a hot! Not to mention the food in the burrito was evenly distributed! I know we all have been to taco bell and got a bit of just sour cream, or just a mouth full of beans. Not tonight! And when I pulled up there were quite a few folks in line but they were fast with it! Didn't wait long at all. I am so happy! It's the small things .

The food tastes great and got it still warm but I made a order a specific way and the cashier didn't ring it up right so when I went to get it made done right had to wait 10 minutes at the cash register and then that poor attitude towards me with anybody else that it gave the extra Taco to I had a dog I could have fed it too but they threw it away after they yanked it out of my hand

I came thru the drive thru and ordered a number six no sour cream add nacho cheese. She repeated the order. I get home no nacho cheese at all. Ugh then when getting the food I guess the girls were too busy because they pushed the bag out the window and hurried up and turned around. Like it couldn’t have been all of that. But anywho they need to slow down and pay attention better. Because I didn’t even eat my food it taste off. And was mostly bread and not very fresh. Yea I’ll stick to the other locations.

Was really in the mood for some good Taco Bell today as I pulled up to the Lee Highway location I noticed one employee smoking right in front of the door another employee smoking by the dumpster and the employee smoking in the back. Totally not a good look guys. that ruined my appetite

Well tried calling multiple times about a messed up order and cannot reach anyone. So here we are. Staff was super sketchy tonight girl running the window seemed like she was on some type of drugs.
Mexican pizza was made wrong. Paid extra for things that didn’t get put on pizza. And things that normally come on pizza didn’t even get put on there.
Ordered 2 tacos and 2 extra sides packets of avocado Verdo sauce at .20 a piece. Didn’t make it in the bag after being asked multiple times what sauces I needed.
Drink wasn’t what I ordered at all.
Use to be a great taco bell has changed last couple times I’ve been.

My order CLEARLY had 'No Beans and No nacho cheese' on it and yet it still came with it. How hard is it to NOT add something to an item?
I have only been to the drive through and they have consistently been professional and kept the place looking clean (from outside). I would give it a 5 but my cantina bowl had some beans that seemed old or frozen and the plate was not heated enough.

The staff is always great and I never have to wait very long at this location. I will say sometimes the quality of the food is pretty bad. This was a quesadilla I got recently and it had almost nothing in it 😅

Best taco bell in the entire area. I've not had a single negative encounter, and their food is always cooked fresh and correct. I go out of my way to get food for this one if I am not in a hurry.

There was hardly any beef in my order. I brought it back and should the manager. He said they only put one scoop. Looks like one tea spoon and spread it. He said if I wanted me meet would have to charge me. There's hardly any meat inside. So I was charged for lettuce, tomatoes some sour cream and cheese wizz on tortilla wrap basically. Smh never ever again. I wish I can post a picture of this. So one could she I'm not exaggerating.
