Just got back to work with our order and these are the chicken strips they gave us. Completely inedible. They had to have seen these to put them in the box. Unacceptable. Probably will not be back if this is how they treat their customers.

Nine times out of ten every order I have received here has been wrong, most of the times items are missing or additional add ons were not added WHEN YOU PAID EXTRA FOR THEM. How exactly do you want people to sit in line (when you’ve already been waiting at the speaker/menu for over 5 minutes)and check every item they order to make sure it’s actually there and add ons were actually added during your online order. Make it make sense

All though employees seemed busy they are unorganized. I came in, the only customer inside, and waited 35 minutes all due to door dash. They have to put customers in store as they come in not continuing to do door dash continually while I just wait till they are caught up.. ridiculous and will never return.

I ordered 2 burritos with extra sauce, which they charged me the sauce. I get to work and there isn't a drop of sauce on either one. Service and quality in fast food restaurants here has gone way down hill.

Although the employees are nice & friendly, they seem extremely unorganized.
The quality of the food here is HORRIBLE the chips always taste old like they re-heat them. I ordered bean burrito this weekend w no onions, no red, sauce, no cheese The burrito had the BIGGEST pieces of onions in it that you could imagine & there was more onion that beans making it IMPOSSIBLE to pick them out. The burrito was not edible & i feel like every time i go to this location its always something. The worse location I drive far to get tacobell this location just is not it. Dont waste your time or money here

My wife and I went through the drive through at this Taco Bell on 7/19/2025 to pickup dinner, and frankly, we were not impressed… Not only was the drive through attendant hardly understandable through the speaker, the drive through window reeked of weed when we pulled around to pay and get our food. I’m sorry, but this is completely unacceptable at a place of business, let alone a restaurant. Lastly, my order was not correct and the wrapping paper stuck to my burritos.. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
