I have to say this is my favorite taco bell. I go out of my way to avoid a closer one to go to this location. My food is always hot and made correctly. Last night, Arthur was amazing with taking my order and his customer service skills are top tier!

That took away the Special type of Strawberry Lemonade that was exclusive to their fountain drinks machine and for that alone, Taco Bell should be burned to the ground!! Very disappointed this was like one of their best drinks ever get rid of Pepsi or one of them zero sugar drinks!!!

I don’t usually go out of my way to leave a review. But too many times people complain so I figured I’d balance the scales a little here. Every single time my family visits this location, it’s always a pleasure. What inspired this review is mainly the interaction I just had. Nothing super special but they were slammed with the after church crowd. As a former server, I know how stressful that is. But the two in the kitchen are JAMMING!!! Those hands were moving at lightning speed with the accuracy of John Wick! Those two worked better together than Bonnie and Clyde. One of them was also running the drive thru while making food at an incredible pace! But the most important part, the customer interaction, lacked absolutely nothing! When my food was ready, she slowed her pace momentarily, shot me the biggest smile, and thanked me for coming in as she slid my bag of food across the counter to me. I don’t know what those two make but it ain’t enough. I wish I had gotten their names but didn’t want to interrupt their productivity to ask. At least I managed to let the lady know that they were doing awesome and to keep up the good work! 10/10 crew at this location. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Compared to other Taco Bell stores which almost always get my order wrong, food isn’t cooked through. This one is amazing! Food is delicious and they get it correct every time and with amazing customer service!

The food is always really good, and made really quickly. But every time I go to this location I feel somehow singled out. I’ll walk up to the counter to pick up my mobile order- and wait for a while before being acknowledged by anyone. I know they’re busy, but not too busy that they can stare at me and not say anything. I’m not going to just take the food since one time it caused a problem… it feels like no matter what I do it’s wrong. If you guys have a picture of me on the fridge or something, please take it down!
The “chalupa” was magnificent, the wait staff too was magnificent. All would be a five star though a homeless man piddled on my shoe.

Every time we order something from this restaurant something always wrong. You don’t read the instructions on the ingredients or get the order right. Train your staff to make sure they know how to prepare everything correctly!!!
