The ROTC kid working here felt the need to imply that I was stealing valor because I had a pirate flag on my car. Was too stupid to realize it was the flag from the Queen Anne’s revenge, Blackbeard’s flag, and not whatever stupid organization he was probably trying to promote. There is a manager on morning shift, that throughout time knows my order and how I want it. I order usually the same thing every morning, and it’s always delicious. Cheesy fiesta potato burrito with no tomato add creamy jalapeño sauce. This is the best Taco Bell location and shout out to the manager Karissa (hopefully that’s how you spell it.) for being the friendliest person and understanding person. She definitely deserves a raise in my book. If you want an unparalleled experience I highly recommend the Taco Bell in Hixson on 153.

best taco bell in the county. after eating at this location, all the other taco bells in the county taste wrong. everyone, EVERYONE is INSANELY good at their jobs and are all kind, really fast, and very apologetic if they screw up. my only complaint is that maybe they could be melting the cheese on the cantina menu items a little longer. if that *really* bothers you, just ask them to melt whatever you ordered twice or whatever. ignore the bad reviews. it’s a REALLY GOOD taco bell. what more do you want?

Friendly enough staff but quality is lacking. Very little meat on any of the 3 crunchwraps I purchased. These crunchwraos are wafer thin and the meat is all on one side, with the cheese on the other, skimpy on lettuce, tomato and sour cream. Very dissatisfied, you can be friendly all you want that's great, but make my food correctly & with the correct amount. Edit: as you can tell by the lack of reply from the business, this Taco Bell location doesn't care about customer service at all. Also, corporate Taco Bell offered me 1 free individual item as compensation for completely messing up my $20+ order. Taco Bell, you are a joke
