If you live in the area, there’s no reason not to try this place. The food is not only some of the best in Chattanooga, but the price is beyond fair for the quality and quantity. It has become my go-to restaurant after a hard week’s work: an amazingly delicious, unbelievably decadent treat. Because I deserve it.I ALWAYS order the birria torta. The entire menu is outstanding, but this is not only the best sammy in Chatty, but the best I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and go there asap. You won’t regret it.

Love this place, the best Mexican restaurant in town. Food is filled with authentic flavors and the selection is large. They have meals such as Mole which many places don't do. I grew up eating good Mexican food so I'm a bit picky about mine. Taco Town with a excellent and leaves be with no complaints at all.

Was in town on business and looking for great tacos. Reddit pointed me here, and I'm so glad. The street tacos were sooooo good and packed with meat. I had the asada, carnitas, chorizo, and birria. All delicious! Their homemade habanero and jalapeno hot sauces were amazing. Such a great find. Now if only they served margs!

Highly recommend! If you come here looking for Tex-Mex you get at just about every other Mexican restaurant in town, you will be sorely disappointed. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious. Al pastor is out of this world and the salsas are flavorful and properly spicy. Some items do feel a bit pricey but by the time I'm eating it I've forgotten all about it.

HANDS DOWN THE MOST AUTHENTIC! ? I am a California girl who is used to the authentic street tacos experience. I've tried every single mexican restaurant in this town for the last year, trying to find a decent street Taco. This is the only place and they're great. Service was friendly, we got our food quickly, and it wasn't too expensive! This is hands down our new favorite place.

For starters, hostess invited us to sit wherever. When we chose 1 of the 2 booths up front, she said we couldn’t sit there; it’s reserved for parties if 5 or more. We should’ve walked out then. Only 2 tables had guests. It was not busy at all. My wife chose not to eat after the rudeness of the hostess. Strike 1&2.I’m from San Antonio. I like to think I know tacos. I chose Al Pastor, Carnitas, shredded Pollo, & Carne Asada. The only flavorful meat was Al Pastor. The chicken was dry and flavorless, as was the pork and steak.All 4 tacos came with mountain of cilantro & raw onions. Way too much! Strike 3.Needless to say, we will not be back.

I used to absolutely love this place. It as since gown down hill. Today I visited and I ordered the exact same thing I usually do. 2 shrimp tacos a little bit spicy and a side of rice. She made me repeat my order 3 times the asked me what tortillas I wanted. I told her the ones it always comes with and she said well the corn would be healthier for you. I thought that was very rude. When my food came out the tacos were beef . I once again told her I wanted the shrimp tacos. When she brought my new plate back out they had just scraped the beef off of the taco shell and put the shrimp on top. I will never be back. Let’s not forget about the mold and the store bought cheese dip
