Do not sleep on Taconooga! Best Al Pastor I’ve had in a long time. Meat is incredibly tender; beautiful handmade tortillas. I’ve ate here every year I visit Chattanooga, they never disappoint. I’m very happy to support this restaurant every time I’m here. Keep up the great work!

The employees were very nice and attentive however the food…..I ordered the chicken fajitas and my boyfriend ordered the lengua torta. The chicken fajitas were okay, but the beans tasted really weird and disgusting. As someone who grew up eating Mexican food their whole life I’ve never tasted beans like that EVER. Very disgusting. Their rice was very good though the only thing I really enjoyed out of the whole meal. Their torta tasted very very weird as well. Never tasted anything like that and not in the good way. The pictures looked very delicious but do not be fooled, the taste is not good at all. Very disappointed and regret trying this restaurant out. Also it was really hot in there? I don’t know if their AC works or not but very hot.

Before this was my go to place with my partner, but now I refuse to step near there. My partner and I order different tacos and the following day we were both very sick in every way possible. From your typical stomach problems to even muscle pain. My partner had to go to the hospital and was there for 6 hours and I was in some much pain I could not move to save my life. I hate to write a negative review on a previous highly recommended establishment, but now I would people to steer clear.
This place is super friendly, the food is fire… the view outside is nice… it’s hard to find stop where they treat you like family… this place treated my family like their own…
