I am from Texas and love Mexican food, and I am happy that I can also find Mexican food here in Chattanooga since moving! The salsa was mild and had a good flavor. I had a squash flower taco and a Lengua taco, and both were cooked well and flavorfully! I enjoyed the soft, homemade corn tortillas as well. I hope to come with friends again.

Tortillas were freshly made and the Al Pastor was delicious, I didn't even ask for chips and salsa, and they came with the meal and were great as well. Service was quick without issues.

Not good would not recommend to anyone. I should’ve checked all the reviews the food was bland no taste and I ordered ground beef tacos but that was not ground beef. Not sure what it was. It smelled like sausage or churros not sure. There was a lot of oil/ grease running off the tacos. Worst experience. Waste of $20. They young boy at register not very customer friendly. Eat at your own risk.

The Fajitas had to be some of the best food i have ever tasted and my friend said the nachos were heavenly. Servers were polite and the portions were great for the price. The bear painting is preem choom. 5/5 this shit so peak 😭

Taconooga ALWAYS exceeds our expectations. This is a small place but do not let this keep you from stepping inside and enjoying the GREAT FOOD! We love to eat here on Saturdays for their special aguachile! I would also love to say that you cannot go wrong with their carne asada tacos. We always enjoy the atmosphere here followed with great service. 10/10 recommend Taconooga!!
