their online order process makes no sense, if you make an online order when you go to pick it up, they don’t have a separate pick up area for online orders, you just have to wait in line for however long until everyone in line orders and pays, meanwhile you can see your bags ready to go, sitting next to the cashier getting cold, but you have to wait in line…. Was there any common sense when coming up with this process Tai Chi??? Is there no ability for your cashier to step to the side in between orders to hand you a simple bag?? It completely defeats the purpose of an online order being faster if I have to wait 15 minutes for everyone to order before I can ask them to hand me a bag that’s sitting next to them.

Taichi original boba tea was delicious 😋 totally worth the price, very reasonable. Not overly sweet, very refreshing! Customer Service was wonderful! Very nice and kind. 😇 our new favorite spot!

This place has some of the best boba I have ever had they make it from scratch right in front of you. And their ramen is awesome as well it's very thick and filling with an amazing flavor. If you're a fan it's definitely a place worth visiting.

One of the best spots for Bubba tea, you can seat and play games with friends there is one table for outside seat great vibes and small chilling spot.

My gf got Bobby they didn't like and the lady replaced it free of charge than you mam we appreciated that and the pashion fruit Bobby was good she let us try them

Tai Chi Bubble Tea was absolutely amazing! We tried the beef miso and it was delicious. The meat was tender, the broth seasoned well, and the noodles were perfect. I tried the strawberry green tea w/o tapioca pearls and it was so good! Atmosphere was great and the food is a little on the pricier side but the large portions make up for it. I can't wait to go back!

My family loves this place, the food is great and so are the boba drinks!

Good Boba and my kids love the Ramen but the only food gluten free is a cold rice bowl.

Only my second time there and service was great.

The food here was good but the staff was not very helpful when ordering. The request for a tip in the payment system is ridiculous. We don't tip at fast food restaurants, so why would we tip here? I have to order my food at a counter and then wait to be summoned to pick up my food and drink by a buzzer, and once I am finished eating, I have to clear my own table. I don't mind any of these things, but I am not tipping for the privilege to do so.

Good bubble tea! I loved the atmosphere and the staff were very nice. A bit expensive.

Sushi Burrito was awesome!!

It was very delicious, I just especially expected the shrimp to be a little different! But the beef was too delicious!!
