Avacado Toast was good. Drinks out of cooler never seem to be cold. Young lady behind the counter was looking at her phone while I waited 5 minutes for my specialty coffee. I had to remind her I was waiting then she finally fixed the coffee that somehow was not hot.

I was here at about 5-5:30 this morning. There was a girl with her hair down. She was yelling and cursing at customers and her coworker. As well as on the phone on speaker saying she was going to walk out of her job because it wasn’t worth it. I was in food service before and this is completely unacceptable behaviour. The hair down made me not want to order from this company because she was not wearing any hairnet or anything.

Sat in the restaurant for over an hour with no service. Employees were too busy joking around and eating to wait on customers. While the rest of the airport got a nice overhaul this place is still a disaster it

Avoid Tailwind coffee by the gates, even if only option.Asked for a latte with liquid cane syrup and a muffin. After stepping away I realized that I had been given a black coffee. No big deal—returned it and they made the latte. When I asked for the liquid cane the response was very cold and unfriendly. Not a hint of a smile or any interest in correctly making the drink—they just shoved a cup with some liquid cane in it my way. The only vendor at the Chattanooga airport could do a far better job representing the good people in the region.

The airport is under construction so the atmosphere was a bit loud. I tried one of their smoothies. It was ok. Nothing like a Smoothie King but it was nice.

Ive flown in a couple years ago, nice small airport that's easy to get to point A to a point B. Everyone has that southern hospitality.I'm back again but didn't fly, I'm a truck driver and I needed a place to park my semi truck while my wide and I go house shopping. Trying to move here soon from california.Alex from parking management allowed me to park my truck in the lot south of the airport. Paid $12. I'm so thankful for their help. The atmosphere here is way different than back home. We can't wait to move here. This is probably a 1 time thing to allow a semi to park here. But that's fine while I'm here, I'm looking for suitable areas that allow truck parking.

I was returning to Chicago early this Saturday and wanted a cappuccino. This coffee shop is the only option in this little airport. Anyway I ordered a cappuccino. The cashier said they couldn't do cappuccinos right now, no apology, no sympathy whatsoever. Just my tough luck. So I ordered coffee. Got my coffee and went to put cream in it, but the cannister was warm. I asked the server if they had any cold cream, and she looked at me like I was asking for a million dollars. Then she got out a gallon of whole milk. No apologies, no explanation, no sense that my request was entirely reasonable. Bottom line, traveling is tough and the abysmal level of service at this, the only coffee shop available, is inexcusable. Chattanooga Airport should cancel their contract and bring in a company that cares about coffee and people.

I’ve never eaten here before as I usually arrive at the airport not hungry and just in time for my flight. However, thanks to a flight delay (actually bumped) we decided to have lunch here. I was pleasantly surprised. Service was attentive and our food was good. Bonus: I was able to watch a college basketball game that I had planned to miss and also watched the beginning of the first semi final NFL playoff before we boarded. I would eat here again. I had the BLT and the bacon was piled high. Please Let me know you read this by hitting the like. Thank you!

It's a concession at the airport, you can't expect much. The service was wonderful and there is never a long wait. Decent prices for where you are. The burger was average, but hey it's a little airport. A combo meal with chips and coke was around $15.00. They also have burritos and handheld sandwiches. Breakfast is also available till 10:30. Also selling chips , candy and fruit. The tables and floors were clean.

Hands down a great place to relax and have a Chattanooga club sandwich and a couple of beers. The staff showcased excellent and genuine hospitality. It made my layover much more pleasant. Thank you.

As concession stand go inside airports this is one of the best. The ladies are always super nice and helpful. The English muffins are really good as well as the sandwich's. I've never ordered coffee but it looks like they grind their own as well
