I was on the hunt for some authentic Tacos and decided to give Taqueria la Monaraca a try. I was greeted by a friendly welcoming host.. I ordered 2 al pastor tacos and the seasoning was just right.. not too overpowering..Homemade tortillas were heaven..they were a light consistency ... It was like eating a cloud taco 💯 amazing..I got a red salsa($picy on the tongue🔥🔥) but I like it hot. Green salsa had a nice mild flavor. They take phone, take out and sit down orders....
What makes the difference is that the tortillas are handmade. That gives the taco the authentic flavor. We ordered a Torta de Asada, tacos de asada, de cabeza, de al pastor y chorizo. I gave it a 3 because my tacos meat (al pastor, chorizo) were a little over cooked. Everything else was good.
Visited the restaurant today for lunch. These were the best Tacos that I have ever had. The service was great and the employees were very nice. I will recommend this place to everyone.
