I love this place! The doughnuts are amazing and the folks who run it are some of the nicest and friendliest people that you will ever meet.
I've been there as both a customer and a Doordasher and it is always a top-notch experience. It's one of my favorite places to go.

there are ZERO donut shops on par with Tastee King when it comes to overall selection and quality. I think Krispy Kreme might have the perfect donut with the original glazed BUT Tastee King hits, at the very least, around that level on almost ALL of their donuts. They truly are that good. So many local or upscale donuts shops are wayyyy too sweet or rich and, while they might taste amazing for a donut, if you have more than that its too much! Not so with Tastee King. You can eat as many as you want with them and still want more! If you haven't had them you are doing yourself a disservice. Go eat their donuts NOW! (And say hi to Sakal, their manager, who is always amazing and has fantastic donut recommendations AND wit!)

I really do love this place! My husband and I have been several times and everyone is always so nice. Although it gets busy in there, they still run everything very quickly which is great! The only thing I wish that they had was a non red meat option for the breakfast sandwich’s. Maybe turkey or chicken sausage for the people like myself who can’t eat red meats. Overall, TK donuts is a treasure to Chattanooga

There's something truly special about this place. The donuts at Tastee King aren't like your normal gourmet donuts that, say, taste amazing for a couple donuts but are maybe a bit TOO sweet or rich; No, the donuts at Tastee King are like Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts: you can eat a half dozen and still crave more. There's something just a little bit better with these donuts than the aforementioned places though. TK donuts have their own special flavors that Sakal, the owner has probably come up with (im assuming he did). Theres your traditional Bear Claws, Custard or Cream filled, chocolate or strawberry topped, traditional glazed- all the staple donuts are here, but again, there's those unique flavors that really set Tastee King apart. My personal favorites are the Strawberry Shortcake Donuts, of which there are 3 variants, and the Rainbow Donuts (Airhead sour strips are positioned on top and give the donut the rainbow topping that gives it its name). Whew, when you get a little piecec of that strip with the donut- Oh my!- its such a unique flavor... truly delicious and one that I haven't ever encountred before in a donut; I absolutely love it. Also, there are delicious full size pigs-in-a-blanket which come in 3 delicious flavors. Finally, to top it all off, they have these energy drink fusions, my favorite of which is the peach, that offer a fantastic alternative to coffee in the morning and pair wonderfully with the donuts. So... I have gone on and on about the amazing donuts but what really makes TK special is the service. Sakal, the owner, truly loves what he does and you'll see it immediately when you enter. I love this place and it's because of his passion for his work that I believe Tastee King is so fantastic. Truly, I would take Tastee King donuts over ANY OTHER DONUT. I crave these donuts and at this point I try to get them at minimum once every 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and try them!!!!
