Drove a good distance to get donuts for the family. Only to arrive with them closed. Since they are listed on Google they should update their holiday hours. Not cool.

The donuts are always good and fresh but my only problem is I came in around 10:00am Saturday (today) and was charged $10.78 for 3 donuts and when I come in through out the weekday mostly twice a week I'm charged $8.78 for 4 of the same donuts and I received better and more polite service????

Used to be better. Selection was small and donuts were not fresh and now they push for a tip to hand you a box and ring it up.

A MUST stop if you are looking for some of the BEST donuts in the city!! Tiny little shop with a TON of donut selections... some I have never heard of and WOW!!! I wish I took a picture but I was so busy craming a delicious donut in my face that I completely spaced!! Great service & seemed to be a small mom and pop business!

Cheers friend!

Arrived early morning to pick up donuts at the East Brainerd Rd location. It was the most awkward experience of my life. The owners stood in the kitchen area staring oddly at me as if I were some sort of inconvenience to them. Don't expect any type of greeting when you enter this store. The cashier was equally as odd as the owners. It was very uncomfortable. The selection of donuts were nothing like their advertising. I ordered some apple fritters and they were the worst tasting apple fritter I have ever eaten. The donuts I ordered were dry and stale tasting. Their pricing is outrageous for the low quality. I spent $30 on 6 pastries. Save your money and just go up the road to Dunkin Donuts. It was just awful. No "have a nice day" or even a "thank you" for supporting their business. I will never go back.

Ordered three donuts, was $6.09! Not bad for price. And the sweet lady that was there gave my kid some donut holes for free because she said kids usually love them.(I hadn’t thought to order them! How sweet of her.) On top of all that, her tap to pay didn’t work for a second and she tried to let me have my donuts for FREE!! We got it working a second later. Definitely will be returning!

Had an interesting experience at the east Brainerd location. Arrived about 15 minutes prior to closing. There was plenty of inventory available. The woman working told me to wait while she proceeded to finish up her closing duties, I suppose, and wipe down the front of the store. She never greeted me and when she finally finished she just stood awkwardly behind the counter, until I finally said “are you ready”? Once I finished the most awkward transaction of my life, a man walked in, to which she loudly exclaimed “oh good grief!” I suppose she finished his order, and I watched form my car while she all but forced him out of the store, shutting the door in his face and promptly turning the “closed” sign over, causing the man to look at his watch and then say “oh, well I guess it’s about that time..”Donuts still slapped though.
