Wow! We travel a lot, have a lot of good food and beer. This place surprised the heck out of us! I jade the 1/2lb burger and sweet Pottstown fries, wife had salmon Pattie's, slaw and chow mein, daughter had the cheese pizza. All the food even the plain cheese pizza was fan-freakin-tastic! Mine was great, the wife's salmon Pattie's and sale stole the show, slaw on the salmon Pattie's made it money! Both of us got a flight of all the beers on draft, can't say enough on how good they all were! We will be back for sure!

We went there for a team meeting and the Service was so so. Our waiter was super friendly but some of the others were okay. Food was excellent! Environment wasn't my scene because I don't drink, but I was very happy with the place overall.

I remember this place being so good a year ago when I last visited. We went for my friends birthday and the food was amazing. When we came with a group today the bread on the burgers and sandwiches was so soggy. Food was cold. Service was so slow. I had the "Dirty Hippy" sandwich and the bread was literally wet and soggy. Everything was cold. I talked this place up and down to my friends before coming and I was so disappointed. Not sure what happened. Probably won't be back.

Really liked this place. I went 2x on this trip. Been trying to stick with chicken recently.1. The Fru Fru sandwich was GREAT. ❤️2. I was told the stuffed Carnivore was great so I wanted to try the stuffed sandwich. I tried the one with chicken. It was just ok. Probably should have gotten the Carnivore in retrospect.All in all. This place was great. Food and beer was amazing for everyone in our party. Highly recommend. Also very reasonable prices in the downtown area.

Service was awful... Another waiter had to get our waitress to come to our table. When she did we had already been sitting there 15 minutes. The waitress was clearly not familiar with the menu. When we got our food 45 minutes later, mine was burnt and the burger was not even close to well done. We did not have the time to bring this to there attention, 1st we had reservations else where and would have missed them if we went off how long we waited for our drinks and then food. Our waitress was so air headed that she wouldn't have been able to give a thoughtful response. Not happy at all

Perfect atmosphere, scrumptious food, Great beverage selection, and attentive staff make this restaurant a solid establishment to enjoy a meal or time out from a busy day. Craft beer is a plus! The menu is amazing with great burgers and unique sandwiches - recommend the Philosopher's Burger! ? Yummy! A great place for a couple or larger groups. Parking is close and reasonable.

Beer was average. Limited selection for a brew house. Smell of the restaurant was a little funky. Two people had a ‘ginterland’ cocktail, which was very tasty. Soups were good, but not hot (temperature) enough. The building itself was cold, but the weather outside was also cold. GREAT inclusive sign @ bathroom that read ‘Whatever, just wash your hands!’ ?

We got bbq pizza, which was delicious. Tried two beers, also good. Ordered what turned out to be the worst old fashioned of my life - which I get this is a brewery but we had just finished a whiskey tasting at chattanooga whiskey distillery across the street and wanted to support. Also, I am pretty certain someone peed in our servers cheerios before we arrived because I don't think I've ever had a more annoyed server for our having been there. Overall, might return but there's many alternatives around so might not.

I was calling to speak with the owner because I had such horrible service and I spoke with some guy who answered the phone. I asked could I speak with the owner he said he doesn't have the privilege to know the owners schedule .. So Im like okay Who does and what's the owers name. Hes like " If you're calling to do business you should know his name." Im like firstly im not doing business and is there a manager he said " nope have a good day" and hung up on me! So NOT Only did I have horrible service inside I had it over the phone as well. First I my server was barley any help then I get hung up on like NEVER AGAIN ! ZERO STARS FROM ME ! I WILL NOT BE BACK and im Calling THE Better Business Bureau !
This review is for takeout/delivery only. Absolutely amazed with the quality of food we received for ordering takeout. We've been so disappointed with surrounding restaurants, it was a shock we found something we both liked. We ordered the ISYOS and was happily surprised when all of the components of the nachos were packaged separately for us to build. Absolutely delicious. We loved the pork, queso, bbq cheese combo. So yummy! My fiancé ordered the Rugged Individualist pizza, and he was also shocked how delicious the pizza was. The cheese was so melty, bread so soft and the crust was my favorite part! I ordered the Fru Fru Sandwich with their fries as a side. Overall, I loved this sandwich and fries, I guess my only thought would be a light sauce of some sort pair with the chicken,Brie, apple combo. Just a little dry, but otherwise I devoured the sandwich. Will definitely order again!

We've eaten here once before - 4 years ago. What we remember - we loved. Today, however was terrible. So terrible that we will not return! My burger was ok, but the fries were undercooked, cold and tasteless. The nachos were greasy, small portion, and had no flavor. The service was very bad - and the place was dead! They ran out of wine (non-house) and the beer, according to my husband "sucked". I also had a horrible stomach ache after leaving. I barely ate - and we ended up at Mellow Mushroom! Definitely the place to go when in Chattanooga!!!

The Terminal Brewhouse has an interesting atmosphere and a nice outdoor seating area. It might be an ok place for enjoying a cold local craft brew but it should not be considered a good place to eat unless you are on the adventurous side with limited tastebuds and an iron stomach and have a lot of time. It’s a laid-back kind of place – it’s clean enough if you don’t mind dirty tables and cobwebs, the menus may or may not have been wiped down at some point in the past year, and the servers are never in a rush. Though I’ve never seen it – the kitchen must be small or extremely understaffed based on the wait time and number of meals served at one time. The drinks were cold, so was the food. I'd give it zero stars but them no one would know how tragic our lst visit was.

Service was perfect. Unfortunately the beer was not. Tried every beer. Zero body. All had the same taste other than being overpowered by a theme; CA IPA tasted like the Pale Ale. Like I said, service, solid gold. To bad the beer was a bronze (at best).

Good food, horrible service. Waited ten minutes for our server to even take our order. He was socializing with his friend at a table behind us. Our nachos were missing toppings and we asked for them and it took him another 10 mins to bring them back :( also all our food was cold upon arrival.
