Had to check out the new location by the mall. Feels the same. Food is always great, if not just tell them. The BEST part of the new location is the inside temperature is normal. The old location was always too cold, uncomfortable with cold air blowing on you. New place, felt normal. We be going back like always. I wish they would have covered outdoor seating. Big mistake not to take advantage of the seasons in Chattanooga.

This review is for the NEW Texas location at Hamilton Place.TERRIBLE! We waited 10 min before I started waving my hand around to get someone’s attention to be waited on. Our server was not friendly at all. She would only speak when spoken to, we had to ask for rolls, took 3x to get sweet tea (it was unsweet every time) which we also had to ask for refills on every drink we had, when they brought out the salads they had no clue what dressing was on the side and told us we’d have to check ourselves and it was the same way with our steaks; they had no clue how any of them were cooked. The server also didn’t clear the table off with all the empty plates(we had at least 7 plates that we stacked in the middle so we could have some room), and to top it off it wasn’t even full inside. The GM will be getting a phone call.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner. We always sit at the bar. The barmaid ( who look's 10) asked us both for ID's. I said are you serious?? She said YES. I showed her mine, my wife left her bag in the hotel. The barmaid said she will ask the MOD. The manager told us "No ID No Service It's the Law". We told her, NO It's Not the law in Tennessee. It is up to management. We travel for business constantly visiting over 25 TRH restaurants. We have a TRH in Lake wood Ranch, Florida were we live and met Kent Taylor when it opened a year before he passed. He would have been B/S with the way your staff treated US!!

Julian was our server and saying that he was amazing would truly be an understatement. I loved his transparency when it came to food items and he also recommended restaurants for us to try tomorrow when we head to Ruby Falls.I ordered the Texas combo which included steak and shrimp. My sides were loaded mash and vegetables. Delish!! Everything was seasoned to perfection. My boyfriend ordered the Salmon with rice and corn as his sides. His food was so good that we ordered two more orders, to go!Whenever we decide to visit Chatt again, we will definitely be stopping by this location.Thanks, Julian!
