I ordered the dinner that comes with two ribeyes, The ribeyes were overcooked no flavor. The mashed potatoes tasted old no flavor. The green beans were awful. No flavor. I sent my plate back when I received my receipt. They charge me $2.50 for extra ranch dressing which is freaking insane.!!! The best part of my meal was the side salad and peach daiquiri. I felt like they charged me for the ranch dressing because I sent my food back. The manager had a nasty attitude as well.

The food here is off the chain and we just had the best server we have had in a few years. Ask for Jason if you go!! He’s awesome.

The food was excellent!! My steak was cooked to perfection and everything was seasoned well. The drinks, the vibes, the service was awesome. The after dinner show was so much fun!!! This is an excellent spot to hang out and have fun!

We went to The Big Chill a little early on a Saturday evening, so it wasn't crowded. We sat at the bar, and all of the staff working the bar area were very friendly. I had a frozen concoction that was perfect for a hot summer day, and my husband had a beer. We shared the southwest chicken nachos, and it was plenty for 2 people. And very yummy! Neither of us had been there in years, but we agreed we will be back again soon!

My wife and I have always had The Big Chill as our go-to spot for our rare kid-free nights! The food and drinks are great and the service is always fantastic. The location right on the North Shore makes it a great spot to go when walking around Coolidge and Renaissance Parks in the evenings.

I've been a couple of times and the food is pretty good. Nothing special but sometimes that's alright. This place really shines with the daiquiris. They are delicious! Also, the service is really nice and attentive.

I had the mahi and it was excellent! I never have high expectations from fish cooked/served in states so far from the ocean but this was fantastic. We had a great time and good service.
