They serve a real breakfast with meat and potatoes in addition to the usual muffin or bagel and coffee. Thoughtful and considerate staff, clean and comfortable dining space.

Dietary restrictions: They offered turkey breakfast sausage, a lifesaver for those allergic to pork and beef.

Great location and nice rooms. But I would expect complimentary coffee and some kind of continental breakfast food such as pastries or bananas at these rates. Obviously the Starbucks in the lobby wouldn't allow that seeing as they get $6 for a small cup of plain coffee. Two bowls of oatmeal, one bagel, one coffee and one ice tea for $34? C'mon! One would also expect free parking for the guests, but no. It will cost you $18. Still giving it four stars because the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is well located with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is in a garage right next door, where the shuttle buses stop indoors, which is very handy. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a small balcony overlooking the street and the aquarium. It was surprisingly quiet, especially since it is downtown. No street noise, and none from inside. Parking is $18 per night in the adjacent garage, but allows in and out privileges. We did not have occasion to use the other hotel amenities, but everything looked in order. All in all, we were pleased with this hotel.

Great hotel in perfect location downtown. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms and nice showers. Most important the staff here is amazing. General manager Daniel sets the tone with his wonderful customer service and leadership with his team. His asst GM Dennis was amazing, front desk team members Tony and Emily were outstanding and Katie at the bar was terrific. I highly recommended this hotel.

Everything was really clean and everyone was really friendly. Tony helped us on the phone on our way and in person when we got there. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We sat out by the fire pit at night and that was a wonderful time. The food was good too!

The Marriott Courtyard Chattanooga offers an ideal location when visiting Chattanooga. Upon check-in we were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. Our rooms were a bit outdated ( I hate tub showers) but were large, comfortable, and well appointed. The family visit kept us hopping or I would have loved to catch a minor league baseball game, the stadium is across the street. A big caveat is having the free shuttle service station a few steps away. I highly recommend that the Marriott Courtyard is on your list if you plan on visiting the city.

This hotel wouldn’t give a discount to a veteran on Veterans Day. I can understand not giving one any other day of the year but 10 dollars off on this day would have GREAT. Love Chattanooga….great place to hike and fun places to eat. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay! We came in town because my husband wanted to go to a Chattanooga Lookouts minor league baseball game and my son and his fiancé wanted to do some bouldering/rock climbing. This hotel was the perfect location. The stadium was only about a 5 min walk. It was rainy most of the time we were there, so instead of driving to an outdoor climbing location, my son decided to utilize the indoor climbing facility that was directly behind the hotel. Also on the backside of the hotel were several restaurants and shops. We ate at Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux (delicious Louisiana inspired food and a lot of TVs which was great to watch our Buckeyes play!) , Big River Grille (husband and I often order nachos to share when we eat out and these may have been our all time favorite! Don’t pass up the jalapeño spinach dip!), Lupi’s Pizza (can get whole pizza or by slice - thin crust, but not crispy, very good), Ben and Jerry’s ice cream, and Taichi Bubble Tea. The other amazing thing about this hotel/city was that they have a free shuttle that will take you down to the southside of town (or anywhere along the route). It was a short wait in the tunnel between the hotel and the parking garage. As for the parking, when we first arrived, we were unsure about the parking situation, but we pulled up in front of the hotel and I ran in to check in. The front desk attendant checked us in and gave us a pass to scan to get in the garage. There were many more things nearby that we didn’t do, such as the IMAX theater, the Aquarium, and walking the river. One last thing to mention is that we felt very safe walking around at night. We look forward to returning to Chattanooga and to the Courtyard.

Great location for being downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was a little more rundown or out of date for most Marriott hotels but was not bad and would stay again. Have to pay $18 a day to park in the parking garage. Close to so many attractions within walking distance

This hotel has gone down hill!! Old style rooms that need updating. Mold on shower curtains and windows. Walked into the workout room that smelled like mold. When I left I saw why… water all over the floor from the rain. All the shades in the workout facility were broken so you couldn’t raise them. Tv was broke too! Breakfast area tables were dirty and not wiped down. This feels like a thing of the past! Would not recommend hotel.

Staff are always attentive and helpful great restaurant recommendations. Rooms are small but lounge divan with ottoman is perfection. Great for 2 or 3 watching tv. Shower is in bath which at my age, 69 becomes difficult. My wife says room was not perfection but very comfortable for the price.
