The Cheesecake Factory

Went on 3/19/2025 to have dinner. I have been there before and was awesome. This time I went I went to the hostess stand to get seated and I was met with a heavier set gentleman he was nice with really bad body order and the stench would linger as he passed. Next we got a very in experienced waitress that kept for getting what we had order at the counter and I ordered a chicken pasta dish and it must have been sitting under the warmers for a while as the chicken was dry. We were very disappointed in our visit.

Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to make it to dinner this weekend. I have to work. Thank you Tisha for explaining things over the phone for me. My ex. May I have her reasons. However I'll still pay for her dinner. She's worth it, and a lot more.
I did not realize Lavina/ SUPERABRASIVE Inc in Georgia in United States. For some reason I thought they were in the country Georgia.
If she doesn't go and use the gift card I'll let you know when I get there. And I'll use it my self

Not from Chattanooga, but love me good salmon from Cheesecake Factory!

Wanted to give a shoutout to E who kindly took my order and explained the salmon special of the day! Customer service is essential in this business and she is truly an example of what it means to deliver it!
Besides this, I came in around 2:30pm, environment was spacious and friendly, bathrooms were clean, and I was given my to-go order promptly!

There's nothing that kills a restaurant experience, like sitting at a table, putting your hands on the table, and feeling that rough sticky residue that wasn't cleaned from the last table. Immediate turn off. Clean your tables between seatings!

The service , exceptional

I rated this low because the tables are so squeezed together there's no privacy to speak at your table ur elbow to elbow with strangers next to you , wasn't impressed.

The food and service was great but are bit pricey.
