Not from Chattanooga, but love me good salmon from Cheesecake Factory!
Wanted to give a shoutout to E who kindly took my order and explained the salmon special of the day! Customer service is essential in this business and she is truly an example of what it means to deliver it!
Besides this, I came in around 2:30pm, environment was spacious and friendly, bathrooms were clean, and I was given my to-go order promptly!

Waitress was great, food was good (Steak Diane[ordered mid rare: was well done, then rare so I just took it home to reheat later] , Street Corn [flavorful], Cajun Jambalaya Pasta [perfect]), but the manager on this day was just arrogant and smug....the worst part was we didn't ask to see him... and he came to our table twice just to glare and make obtuse statements. The guy was such an impersonate jerk and working in ther service industry...I was so annoyed with they guy...
