We had a 50th anniversary party for my in-laws in a private room. We wanted to show a movie and had so many technical issues that took forever to fix. The staff was so helpful and did everything they could to assist us in fixing the issue. Our waiters Amy and Roxanne were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond my expectations. They couldn’t have been more kind and helpful and a good time was had by all. The food was also wonderful. I would highly recommend this restaurant for your private parties...the prices are good and the staff is top notch.

Great food. Great service. We had the special room in the back and there was about 24 of us and 1 server. She did an excellent job! I didnt want for anything . Very attentive. Great job!

Normally I’m all over loving Chop House. But the last time we went there either May/June. Our food was not cooked as ordered, a manager never came to visit our table (they weren’t busy...) and we had a go order for our son in law and they left items off his order. When I called the restaurant the same day after my son in law said things were left off his order. The manager who was on site when we were there and remembered seeing us. Said she would send us a “courtesy card” to replace our meal at a later time. I gave her my address, the receipt number and all info (it was nearly $100 with tip...) she said she would mail the courtesy card. A little over a month later I hadn’t received the courtesy card so I called them again. Told the manager on site then about what had happened, who I had spoken with & what they were supposed to have done. He said he would leave a message for her to call me. I left him my name, address & phone number again. He said she’d call me that day. Well now 3+ months later I still haven’t received the call or courtesy card. I even called again 2 weeks later. Still nothing!!!

Our first time here and it was great! As a 35 yr chef I am impressed that someone actually knows how to cook a Salmon filet (Med-M/W). Absolutely perfect; Tender, Juicy and Flaky and the broccoli was perfectly done Al dente. Rice pilaf was fresh as well. Server was very friendly and attentive. Wife's steak was to her pleasure as well.

Melanie was awesome today! We came in for lunch, old friends and a friend from out of town. She was joking with us the whole time and made the whole experience excellent. All of our food was great and exactly what we were expecting from a local favorite. Thank you for a great lunch!
