Just went in Sunday night for a couple drinks with my partner, atmosphere is fun, drinks were great! You order at the counter and drinks are brought to table. All around a good experience till we got the check and our $41 drinks had an additional 27.5% fee added to the bill equaling $11.46 which wasn’t including tip. My problem is not with that dollar amount nor that there was a 3% credit processing fee, a 9.5% tax fee (also not a problem) but my problem is a 15% drink fee that was added on to the total that INCLUDED the total the CC processing fee added to it. That 15% fee was NOT stated on the menu as it should have and the $1.23 that we paid in CC processing was also taxed that 15% drink fee. This is a principle problem and 27.5% in fees for two drinks a person is outrageous and we won’t be returning because of it.

Amazing food! Intimate bar atmosphere, but low-key enough for conversation. Perfect for groups with their at the counter orders. Fast service and friendly staff. I went twice during my stay in Chattanooga, had the BA Ramen with the wonton nachos and the BA burger with fries, and everything was incredible. Will be coming back.

Has such an amazing time here. Went for a girls night out with my sisters. On Tuesdays they have Karaoke. It’s on the third floor. It isn’t a big space but very cute and intimate. The crowd was great and since it wasn’t so packed we were able to sing a lot. The food was delicious! I have it 4 stars because the Kimchi was okay. But we ordered practically everything else and it was really good!!! Definitely going back!!

The food here is in incredible. If you’re look for a place in Warehouse Row to eat. Choose Bitter Alibi. People working and hanging out here are friendly and the place has a great vibe overall. Very satisfied. So hungry that we forgot to take photos before devouring our food! You’re gonna have to take our word for it!

Maybe decline the UberEats order next time instead of sending us this laughable order of old/stale/reheated/overcooked nonsense we just threw away? We didn’t realize we ordered close to closing but how pathetic to send this out. We eat here fairly often(just had dinner on Tuesday)- what a disappointment.
