My son and I visited Chattanooga for the tow show over the weekend and we were looking to eat some wings at a local establishment while we were there. The best. You’re not going to find a better chicken & fish & sides place in Tennessee. Try the catfish, wings or tenders and you’ll see what I mean.
I tried a catfish plate at Champy’s the other day and regretted it, it was nowhere near the level of the Flaming Rooster’s (FR has a much bigger portion and better quality).
