In Chattanooga for a conference and decided to try The Flaming Rooster. Hands down one of the best places to get fried chicken and catfish. The heat and crisp on both were nothing less than perfection. Followed the meal up with lemon pound cake and hubs got the red velvet…nothing but goodness.
Their heat ain’t no joke! I had the hot leg quarter and the flavor was super good, but wooooo! It was spicy. Loved it! I’ve had a lot of fried chicken in this town, and this was one of the best if not the best. The greens were super good too! No complaints ❤️
Excellent! Moist perfectly cooked chicken! The baked beans, the green beans and the turnip greens all made our day! Even the french fries fries were the best I’ve had in many many years!
