The server was amazingly helpful. It was our first time at this place. The food was good, and the server was even better.

The food was good I will say that but we waited like 40-45 minutes for it only for one of my kids plates to be forgotten so then had to wait another 15 minutes for hers to come out with her just sitting there they also added an extra plate to my check we didn’t order, thankfully I noticed before paying and had it removed.

I had an amazing experience at Juicy Crab today, all thanks to Mia! From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and an upbeat attitude that made us feel genuinely welcome. Mia was incredibly attentive without being overbearing — always checking in at just the right times and making sure our drinks were never empty.

What stood out the most how she went over and beyond when my drink from the bar wasn’t correct…..She gave us great recommendations, answered all our questions with patience, and made sure our food came out exactly as we ordered it. You could really tell she cared about making sure we had a great dining experience.

It’s rare to come across service that feels both professional and personal, but Mia truly nailed it. She went above and beyond, and it made all the difference. Thank you, Mia, for turning a regular meal into something memorable!

We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Mia!

Mia is quite literally the best server I’ve ever had. She always knows my order and my experience here is always amazing with her!

This place was phenomenal! In today's world, trying a new restaurant can feel like a gamble—but I’m happy to say this one absolutely delivered.

We were seated right away and warmly greeted by our waitress, who promptly took our drink orders. Our appetizer arrived within 10 minutes, and our entrees followed shortly after—excellent timing all around. The food was outstanding, with great flavor, generous portions, and just the right amount of spice.

Our waitress (a Black woman with long braids and braces) was incredible—truly a standout. She was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead, keeping our drinks refilled without us even having to ask, which was especially appreciated with the spiciness of the food. She definitely deserves a raise!

If I could give this place a 12/10, I would. My only complaint? I wish there was a location closer to home—I’d be a regular in a heartbeat.

This was a great family experience. We had graduation lunch here. The staff was very accommodating and friendly for our large group.

The only Seafood my Wife will eat when we visit Chattanooga.

We have had better. Our server was nice..but kinda slow on beverage refills..and only came back to our table once during the meal when there were hardly any other customers. But over the top for the rating over half of my crablegs were empty shells.
