Sat at the bar at Rosecomb and ended up having one of the best meals I’ve had in quite a while. The food? Next-level—creative, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. Every bite felt like it belonged in a much bigger city.
The bar staff were everything you want: friendly without being fake, helpful without hovering, and clearly proud of what they’re serving. The atmosphere nails that sweet spot between stylish and laid-back—cool, but not trying too hard.
If you’re in Chattanooga and want a spot that delivers both serious flavor and great vibes, Rosecomb should be high on your list. Bonus points for the bar—because that’s where the magic really happens.

One of my favorite restaurants in town! Dining at Rosecomb is like going home for the holidays -- cozy, warm and artful. The food is creative and delicious. As someone with a gluten allergy, I'm so thankful that the entire menu can be made gluten free!! It's the only place I can get such a delicious and memorable chicken sandwich. The broken potatoes are also a must-- though you might want to get them as a side-- the full portion is huge!

It's like we were walking into a friend's home. Great vibe. We were seated at a very cozy table in the living room next to the fireplace. Started with a very tasty broccoli and cheddar soup, a delicious pulled chicken sandwich, wonderful broken potatoes. The service was attentive and friendly. Lots of drinks to choose from and they have Guinness on tap. Well worth the visit.

So utterly charming. What a delightful place. My cocktail was dreamy and in a gorgeous crystal glass. The white bean app soumds plain but oh so tasty! A teensy bit of heat in the finishing oil. Then the acorn squash and brussles salad???? So unexpected. Fall in a bowl. 10/10. Go there!!

What a gem! We took our daughter here after her white coat ceremony at UT Chattanooga and were delighted at every turn. Our server, Molly was spot on with her reccomendations. The signature Pulled Chicken sandwich was delicious! The Happy Hour offerings were perfect, especially the Fried Okra and Collard and Artichoke Dip. I highly reccomend The Rosecomb!

Rosecomb has such a fun vibe with really friendly staff that make you feel welcome right away. The cocktail list is interesting and creative, and the food menu offers a nice variety of choices. The broken potatoes are deep fried—maybe not the healthiest option—but they’re crispy and delicious. I also really enjoyed the cucumbers with whipped feta, super fresh and tasty. The grilled cheese was a generous portion, though I wish it had a bit more of that cheesy flavor. Although we sat inside they have a great outdoor area to enjoy your food and drinks. Overall, a great spot for drinks and bites with a warm atmosphere.
