Good food with good service. The atmosphere is relaxed and has a small pub feel to it. Trivia night on Wednesday is really fun.

As per request...Terrible service and even worse timing. An hour for appetizers and 90 minutes for entrees is unacceptable for non peak hours. The perception was that staff spent more time hanging out at the bar and staring at our table than actually communicating or helping the kitchen. Honestly, after that long of a wait for mediocre food, I felt like I should have been on the payroll. Sorry to be harsh, but I rarely take the time to write out a review...would have preferred to have left it at the 1 star as I left it after I paid the bill and have this be a forgotten memory.

My lifelong friend and I went to The Tap House on our yearly trip to get together for a few days, and ended up going to the Tap House twice!
Excellent craft beers, and service, and the food was hot and made very well. They also have smaller beer and whiskey servings to try different ones which interest you!
The owner, Chris even came over to us the second day, and asked how our trip was, and thanked us for coming back!
This is a typical tap room/bar in an old office building, was clean and comfortable. The closest parking (as most parking in and near downtown Chattanooga) is pay by phone, however, they will validate your parking. How much you spend will vary if you are drinking and/or eating.
Overall, a very relaxed enjoyable place to go!

We stopped for a night in Chattanooga, and found this amazing place!! The owner was extremely friendly and so helpful with picking out the perfect flight !!! The beer, atmosphere and people were amazing, but added to that…the food was delicious!! It’s hard to find that perfect balance, but they definitely have it!!! We’ll absolutely make this a regular stop whenever we’re passing through !!!
I was in the process of Paying 14 dollars for parking on my phone when me and my girlfriend were seated at a tiny two seat high top. I asked to move to a bigger table since the place was totally empty and was told that I could not... I decided to leave before the parking grace period ended and I went to the Mexican joint across the street with free parking.

Stopped in while driving through town. Our waitress was timely and very helpful. Had bloody Marys that were fantastic, chicken nacho appetizer with BBQ and beer cheese drizzle that, while heavy on the onion, was some of the best nachos I've gotten in a restaurant. Burger was cooked perfectly, to boot.

The food was pretty good. I had the club sandwich. It took a really long time to get our food even though it wasn't particularly busy. There was a dog in the dining room that definitely wasn't a service animal judging on the way it behaved, straining at the end of its leash and shaking (sending dog hair and dander flying everywhere). Our server was nice and friendly. All in all a pretty good experience.

My husband and I ordered Reuben sandwiches and 1 order of fries. Both Reuben’s were toasted only on 1 side, the cheese wasn’t melted, and it was cold in the middle! Fries were very good, but there weren’t a lot. Times are tough I guess.
