(Unless you have dined at the Upper Bank, Cummings Hwy., Marion County; about 5 miles West from the Black Creek Golf community,) If you want friendly service, an attentive staff, a relaxing atmosphere with an outstanding menu and delicious food; the Upper Bank is the place to dine in Chattanooga. Out of all the restaurants in the Chattanooga area, this is the one that I chose to celebrate my birthday! This is our second visit and again, I was blown away by the delicious food and outstanding service. The food is seasoned perfectly and piping hot! My husband had the filet and I had my favorite chicken piccata with garlic mashed potatoes. We topped it off with a delicious hot brownie skillet topped with Vanilla ice cream. This restaurant is definitely worth the short drive from Chattanooga , 7 miles off the Browns Ferry rd exit. Its a quaint little place overlooking the Tennessee River gorge and has a very nice ambiance. I'm looking forward to trying the Sunday brunch and have added this to one of my favorite places to dine!

My husband and I decided to check this restaurant out after reading many positions reviews, and it didd not disappoint! Our server, Jeana, was so attentive and checked with us frequently to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The food was amazing! We had the smoked pimento cheese and kielbasa appetizer with grilled garlic bread and pickled vegetables. The was so good that it could have been a meal! My husband had grilled trout which was fresh, hot, and seasoned perfectly. I had chicken picata with garlic mashed potatoes and it was pure perfection! We topped it off with the most delicious Amaretto pie! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hidden gem!
