I enjoyed my meal, however I find it problematic that all of the sides are a la carte. If you are purchasing large family platter should involve sides. Cornbread is relatively cheap to make and 2 small pieces shouldn’t cost $4.00. It should be included. I won’t be back.

Very good service. Great deal on full rack of ribs with two sides and a drink for $19.99. Burger was over cooked but replaced with perfectly cooked one! We will be back.

My brothers and I all ordered the BBQ Crowd Pleaser after a long day of walking thru downtown Chattanooga and visiting art museums. We were all thoroughly pleased with the food taste and quality. Our server, Dallas, definitely took care of us and made this a pleasurable experience!

Crappy mgmt.Tbey were supposed to honor a buy one get one free deal and didn't. They put it ON uber and didn't fix it. Last time I ever do business with them.

I came here to simply have a nice light meal after a long day…. That’s when the train wreck began. The “smoked” wings were incinerated (cremation is a harsh term, but they should have been brought in an urn). The replacement wings were an “instant encore repeat”. EXCEPT, the second order of wings still had all of their FEATHERS..!! (Can’t make this up). With the tab on the meal, I got “PLUCKED” in more ways than you can imagine..!! And the suggested TIP was based on the AFTER tax charge…. Reeeeeediculous..!!

I like to give any restaurant the benefit of the doubt when it comes to a poor dining experience which is why I will order it more than once before making a determination on the quality of the food and service. That being said, I have ordered from The Wing Experience on five different occasions with only one being enjoyable. The majority the time the wings are either over cooked or small (which for the price you pay is quite the let down). Now I can let the cold factor go since I am usually ordering through DoorDash however in this case I paid $15 for 8 wings that were the size of one of my fingers. Just to put that into perspective, I am 5’,7”(5’8” with shoes, I’ll take it where I can get it) so it’s not like I have the hands of Shack. Overall just not a good experience.

Didn’t get one thing we ordered right, no drinks, no sauces, wings cold and fries even colder. The cake tasted like it was frozen for a few weeks. Save your money don’t order from here

We have not been in Smokey Bones in a while. We usually eat at the bar and while out running errands decided to stop in for an early dinner. The burgers were really good, we had no complaints about the food or the server that brought us the food. But the bar was a different story. the bartender was in-experienced, which I thought was odd for a ball-game Saturday afternoon. Service was very slow. We requested another round of beers knowing it would take a minute, but she grabbed both our glasses to refill. Normally I wouldn't have minded, but mine still was 1/4 FULL. I called it to her attention when she brought it back and her only response was "Oh, I won't charge you for that one". We were watching the ball games and another patron came in and asked her to change the channels to his games.she never even asked if we were watching the games, she just started switching. It wouldn't have been so bad, but she changed BOTH TV's right in front of us, instead of down the other way, which would have been easier for him to see. We both thought this was extremely rude. We left right after this. I do understand they were understaffed, which was evident by only seating half the restaurant but to have someone so inexperienced and not friendly at the bar seemed a poor management decision. Unfortunately, it will be a while before we visit again.
I wouldn't go here or order just because of the rediculous high price for wings, you have to be kidding me!

Best corn bread - ever. Get it as an appetizer - comes with maple honey walnut butter that melts right into the cornbread. The pulled pork sandwich was shy on the meat but we asked for more and they gladly gave it to us. Good food, not expensive and right on Gunbarrel Road.
