We love going here for family dinner. Or bringing friends for a good meal. Staff is always nice. Food is always great. A little gem in Chattanooga.

Justice was our waiter for my gf and i’s anniversary. He was patient, checked on us regularly, provided insight to any questions, and was timely. His presence added a welcome atmosphere. We look forward to coming again!

We came at lunch and it was fairly busy and the restaurant did a good job of keeping sushi stocked on the bar but the other sides (salad, rice, etc) often were slow to be refilled on the bar leaving a person having to come back often to the bar to check to see if those were available. Once seated our service was slow. We did 2 trips to the bar before a waitress even came to take our drink order and then by the third round we finally had drinks delivered to our table. We ended up asking for a refill and check immediately upon getting our drinks as we didn't know when we would see our server again.

I definitely wish we tried this place sooner. We came on our anniversary to celebrate and came for the lunch buffet and it is well worth it. The sushi and sashimi rolls are incredible! The hot food is really good and enough in my opinion to go with all the sushi and sashimi rolls.
Our server Christian was polite and kept our drinks full. We got a gift card from Costco and can eat twice off of it for both of us to enjoy the buffet. The gyoza’s are incredible!
I never had sushi so fresh to the point that I didn’t need the ginger. I do love ginger but if you don’t like raw fish, give it a try because it just tastes so creamy and no fishy taste! Some sushi has raw fish in it and some not raw.
Well done Totto and server Christian!

Came here for my birthday and was super excited because I love sushi. It was probably the worst sushi place I’ve ever eaten at. The sushi was all dry and tasted like it had been sitting out all day, and the sauce tasted cheap. Even the fresh rolls just brought out tasted cheap. The fish pieces were also super small. Our waiter never came up to us, but another lady brought us water (one drink had a straw wrapper in it). We shared our water the whole time and no one refilled it. The sushi is cheap and tiny. I don’t know how this place has good reviews. We were really disappointed. Also the hibachi at the bar was frankly disgusting. We didn’t even try it.

We chose Totto for our two year anniversary dinner. Ivy was our server. He was super polite, very helpful and informative. We had lots of questions and he had no problems in finding out the answers for us. We joked with him and he joked back. The entire experience was wonderful. My partner and I had a memorable dinner and would love for Ivy to be our server again!

The food was so good! I got bulgogi and loved it. All of my friends really enjoyed their food too. Our waitress was very attentive and so nice! She handled our large group very well! They were able to easily seat our group of 10 at a huge table. Note that we did make reservations in advance! I will definitely be back here!

Quite a bit of a wait when they had several empty tables. We finally were seated in the back and as always, the food was great.

i ate here alone at the sushi bar. it took my server a few minutes to greet me, but he was very polite. it wasnt very busy for a sunday night, the servers seemed tense. the sushi was very mid. the rice was slightly warm, which is probably why the fish was room temp. i havent found better in chattanooga, but there is definitely room to improve at this spot.
