Touchdown Wings at Chattanooga

The food is normally good. But I waited 30 minutes for a call ahead medium fried rice. I still ended up getting a refund because they had lost my ticket and people who had multiple orders were receiving their food. The tables were also dirty with containers left on them.

First off the wings are some of the best ones I have had in chat, nice and crispy. My order came out wrong the first time and the guy at the counter didn’t seem to be too upset about fixing it. The service was also a bit slow but my food was hot and delicious. I’ll take the slower service for good food.

Great size wings, well sauced/tossed, crunchy and well seasoned fries. Exactly what I'm looking for. Tender wings full of flavor!

Everyone was nice but they did the exact opposite of my order. I asked for all flats on a big portion of my order and paid extra. I was given all drums. I tried calling back to correct the order but only received the answering machine for an hr straight.

They will sell you wings from the previous day, they just drop them in the fryer again. You do a call in and go half way around the world and you food is still not ready when you get there. Then they look at you stupid when you tell them your order is wrong.

Very poor customer service apparently they do not speak English very well I ordered my wings plain. Told them I wanted the spicy blue cheese on the side they had sauce on them. And they have to of been the smallest Wings I've ever seen. I got the 10 wings and it was around $11 just for the wings that's a $1.10 a piece period. I am from out of town. I would never patronize this place again!

Bought 30 piece lemon pepper. 20 out of 30 wings tasted as if they were cooked 2 hours before my order. They normally do good but this time was different. Maybe give them one more opportunity
