Touchdown Wings at Chattanooga

Very poor customer service apparently they do not speak English very well I ordered my wings plain. Told them I wanted the spicy blue cheese on the side they had sauce on them. And they have to of been the smallest Wings I've ever seen. I got the 10 wings and it was around $11 just for the wings that's a $1.10 a piece period. I am from out of town. I would never patronize this place again!

Bought 30 piece lemon pepper. 20 out of 30 wings tasted as if they were cooked 2 hours before my order. They normally do good but this time was different. Maybe give them one more opportunity

I will NEVER NEVER ever eat here again. The guy (Shun) was VERY VERY rude. They messed up my order. I called 3 times and he hung up in my face everything I called. So I went back he snatched my receipt out my hand and yelled at me. He refused to refund my money. He was eventually refunded all my money after he realized I was on the phone. But told me I wasn’t getting all my money back because I bite a piece the wing. Like what…. I have NEVER experienced anything like that there before. They just lost 3 customers.

Was hoping for a Touchdown, but we ended up with a punt.

Opened the boxes and to our surprise, the wings were all very very dry and very tiny for everyone at our game watch party.

We ended up with missing sauces and no celery in any of the orders.

The service was just plain rude also. Never again.

Came in for the first time since I was in town for work. A nice lady by the name Shaun helped me. Service was very good and the food was great. I ordered the 10 piece Honey BBQ wings and fry’s with a drink. It came out to a bit over $ 20.00 which I thought was a bit high for a combo meal but everything was tasty and good. The fruit punch was super good as well. I think the inside could use a good updating. Very old miss match tables and chairs. Everything dark and sad looking.

i made a call in order for some wings, picked them up & everything was fine besides the fact they wanted to give me over cooked fries & i had to ask twice to have them remade, cool. i get home & eat about 3 wings just to see a LONG STRAIGHT HAIR in my food. i immediately check to make sure its not my hair which it wasn’t because i have curly hair. i immediately called them after examining the hair & i was told nothing could be done about it because i’m “already eating my food” how else was i gonna know it was a hair in my food? if i would have seen it when they were putting seasoning on my fries i would have said something. but it was IN my food & i didn’t see it until i got home & started eating which means it came from the kitchen. from a business owner as well as a customer’s perspective i feel like the right thing to do would be to first APOLOGIZE, which didn’t happen; then offer the customer a refund or to remake the food. it’s simple. i’m a pretty loyal customer because i’m picky about my wings & i like theirs but i won’t be back. the first picture is how my wings looked when i first got them then the second picture is after i saw the hair.

I’m a sucker for some fruit punch and this place has the best one so far. Haven’t try their food but I definitely go here on a daily basis to get me some fruit punch. 100/10 ??

Placed a takeout order and order was all over the place.Didn’t receive multiple food items and the food I did receive was wrong. Called for the replacement order … I HAD TO PAY FOR THE FOOD I WAS MISSING THAT WE ALREADY PAID FOR AND THE FOOD THEY DIDNT REPLACE THE FOOD THEY MESSED UP! Do not Recommend if you want to enjoy your food and actually receive what you want!Also couldn’t provide a time for when the manager would be in !

We ordered over $100 worth of food to go and we go home to food missing and made wrong and when my dad got there they refused to give him what we ordered and made him pay for the food we didn’t get to begin again before they gave him our food. I’m so disappointed and especially bc the restaurant manager was so rude. I’m over this place. ( I don’t have a picture of the original receipt but this is the food that was wrong and missing and what they made us repay for!)?

They messed up my order and didn’t give me some of my food and then charged me again for the food I never got in the first place.
