Touchdown Wings at Chattanooga

First off the wings are some of the best ones I have had in chat, nice and crispy. My order came out wrong the first time and the guy at the counter didn’t seem to be too upset about fixing it. The service was also a bit slow but my food was hot and delicious. I’ll take the slower service for good food.

Everyone was nice but they did the exact opposite of my order. I asked for all flats on a big portion of my order and paid extra. I was given all drums. I tried calling back to correct the order but only received the answering machine for an hr straight.

They will sell you wings from the previous day, they just drop them in the fryer again. You do a call in and go half way around the world and you food is still not ready when you get there. Then they look at you stupid when you tell them your order is wrong.

Very poor customer service apparently they do not speak English very well I ordered my wings plain. Told them I wanted the spicy blue cheese on the side they had sauce on them. And they have to of been the smallest Wings I've ever seen. I got the 10 wings and it was around $11 just for the wings that's a $1.10 a piece period. I am from out of town. I would never patronize this place again!

Bought 30 piece lemon pepper. 20 out of 30 wings tasted as if they were cooked 2 hours before my order. They normally do good but this time was different. Maybe give them one more opportunity

I will NEVER NEVER ever eat here again. The guy (Shun) was VERY VERY rude. They messed up my order. I called 3 times and he hung up in my face everything I called. So I went back he snatched my receipt out my hand and yelled at me. He refused to refund my money. He was eventually refunded all my money after he realized I was on the phone. But told me I wasn’t getting all my money back because I bite a piece the wing. Like what…. I have NEVER experienced anything like that there before. They just lost 3 customers.

Was hoping for a Touchdown, but we ended up with a punt.

Opened the boxes and to our surprise, the wings were all very very dry and very tiny for everyone at our game watch party.

We ended up with missing sauces and no celery in any of the orders.

The service was just plain rude also. Never again.

Came in for the first time since I was in town for work. A nice lady by the name Shaun helped me. Service was very good and the food was great. I ordered the 10 piece Honey BBQ wings and fry’s with a drink. It came out to a bit over $ 20.00 which I thought was a bit high for a combo meal but everything was tasty and good. The fruit punch was super good as well. I think the inside could use a good updating. Very old miss match tables and chairs. Everything dark and sad looking.
