The food was amazing, very delicious and the presentation is perfect. The drinks are also really good as well, specifically the cocktails (since that was mostly what we drank). I wouldn't say the food is particularly expensive. It seemed pretty reasonably priced given the taste, presentation, and portions. (I'd say anywhere between $5-$20 per meal depending on if you get a small plate or a full dish). However, I was not aware that groups do get an automatic gratuity charge added to their bill. (We were a group of 7 reserved for a Friday evening, charged a 20% gratuity fee). So I would just keep that in mind when going in a group setting (if this happens to smaller groups, I'm not sure).

Have tried to eat here twice by just walking in, but could never get a table. So this time we made sure to make reservations. Definitely recommend making reservations to guarantee a table. The food was delicious! Got the tonkotsu ramen, pork belly, spicy tuna on crispy rice, pork gyoza, j.f.c., okonomi-age, spicy crab garlic noodles, and gojira sushi roll. The only dish that I wasn’t crazy about was the spicy crab garlic noodles. Everything else was amazing! And it all came out pretty quick! The don’t bring everything out together, just when one dish is ready they go ahead and bring it. Kinda like at a tapas restaurant. Would highly recommend if you love Asian cuisine!

The service was terrible. We didn’t get food. We attempted to order couldn’t get drinks or refills. Then the food was mediocre.

To be fair we did come at 2 when they closed but I swear I thought they closed at 3 either way I’m a server and I get it. We had already ordered or I would’ve went somewhere else so they could close up. The service was not great and we didn’t get our app and we both my friend and I felt very rushed and I probably won’t be back . I get it trust me but I’m at my car and writing this review at 2:30 . I crammed everything I could in :/

I'll start by saying that my server was very friendly, and had little to do with my feelings about the experience. My partner and I enjoyed the food overall, but I was a little disappointed that my egg allergy could not be accommodated for the crispy tuna appetizer. The edamame we had instead was good, and they comped it for us because of the tuna issue, which was very kind of them. The portion sizing for the crab noodles was ridiculously small, especially when compared to the ramen. Again, though, the actual food is very good. The service was pretty slow considering how empty the restaurant was and I had to remind the server a few times about missing items from our orders.

Food is okay but not amazing. Service is severely lacking. There is no reason for us to come back.

This incident happened 2 weeks ago(June 18th) , and usually I would move on about my day, but with my recent AMAZING dine in at the Attack on Tatsu, this establishment has lived up to their bad reputation that apparently started after covid. I was excited to meet up with a long time friend enjoy some yummy food. Two Ten Jack has been one of the ramen places I’ve wanted to try for awhile now, but our “server” decided that wasn’t going to happen. I put server and apostrophes because SHE NEVER CAME TO THE TABLE. We walk inside and were greeted and sat by the nice hostess. The restaurant was not busy at all and had about 4 other tables eating inside. There were 2 servers and a bartender. Once we were sat and the hostess brought us the menu, she said our server would be right with us. Both my friend and I previously worked in the service industry so we get how it is, trust me. The server never came up to us, yet walked by us many times to their dish pit. 20 minutes gone by and we have YET to be addressed by our waitress. This whole time she’s been on her phone at the bar with the hostess AVOIDING eye contact with us because we were clearly trying to get her attention to, hmm idk do her job. After we realized were were intentionally being ignored we walked out. When we walked out our apparent “server” said have a nice day. I said “you didn’t serve us, what’s so nice about that” to which she responded with how the hostess never told her about the table she had. Mind you, she’s walked passed us multiple times and was sitting WITH the hostess at the bar for her “downtime”. Before I go somewhere new, I get opinions from people and they said how the food was good but the service was shitty, which congratulations, y’all have lived up to that fact. It didn’t look like there was a manager in sight to keep these workers in check. Please do better for your business sake. 👎

If you like noodles you're in for a treat! However, they have an excellent selection of chilled unfiltered sake 🍶, which I love, and most places only have one option if they have it at all. Pictured below is my favorite selection. Enjoy!

Extremely slow service. Walked out after 20 minutes of waiting for waitress.

I'm prompted to review now that I saw a Reddit post that validated my experience, including the comments, consisting of disparate service, forgotten orders (2 tables that came after us were served apps and mains before we got anything *after* we had asked about our food), and lack of good ambience and vibe starting from entering the restaurant. Some of the dishes are fine, I remember getting food poisoning from the spicy crab garlic noodles a while back (one of the few times I've gotten food poisoning so it was something memorable, unfortunately).

If your looking for a great filling meal to eat with your family and friends I can firmly say this is the place to not go I’ve never ate such terrible food in my entire life if you have kids forget it they don’t even have a kids menu

I once had the Tonkotsu Ramen here on vacation and it was so good that it broke me. I spent 3 weeks trying to recreate the flavor/broth with 4 different attempts and it didn't even come close. I dream of the broth. I had a friend move from Washington all the way to Atlanta. He had to pass through Chattanooga. He had been driving for 10 hours at that point of the day, and I was willing to pay him exorbitant amounts to stop and get as much of their tonkotsu ramen broth as physically possible to bring me. I cannot express how much I still think about this Ramen, and that was half a decade ago.

Upon entering, we were greeted by a smell resembling that of sewage. The Ramen had a hint of Dog-breath that really became prominent once it cooled a bit. The appetizers were just ok… decent flavor, but overall off-putting textures and poor presentation for the price. Ate here once 6 years ago and it was great, but won’t be returning after this experience. Server was nice.

The food isn't gteat as I thought it would be. It's not outstanding, but I'll try something different next time & update my review if needed. The restaurant's atmosphere is nice. Good place for a date.
