We first encountered Uncle Larry's at a UTC game (food truck) a couple of years ago, so we wanted to try it again. I went to the E Brainerd location and placed a take-out order when I arrived. All of the staff I encountered were so nice and even gave me a sample of one of the desserts before I ordered it. I ordered two catfish plates, one order of fried green tomatoes, a slice of key lime pie, and a slice of cinnacrack cake. Oh my goodness, ALL of it was so good and so...

Great place for a quick meal. I had the whiting plate. The fish was perfectly cooked. The slaw was a little unique. No off flavor just a little different. It was a good value for good fried fish

I just ate at Uncle Larry's Restaurant and it was fantastic. I had the pork chops and catfish with greens , okra and hush puppies. The service was great and I would totally recommend this place.
