After a while server brings the check, wait 15 more minutes for the server to pick up our payment. The place wasn’t even busy

The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered takeout, and picked it up right when it was ready. The staff member who took our order on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The fries and onion rings were perfectly hot and crispy. My husband’s burger was hot and perfect. Mine was kind of cold, but the flavor was still delicious. We would definitely go here again!

I do NOT say this lightly. This is hands down one of the best burgers I have ever had. I got the Big Mike. Only one burger rates better (and it is close) and that is not in USA. I am picky picky on burgers. We will definitely be back.

Staff was kind and polite. Sat out side...perfect. The Burgers were decent, fries weren't fresh hand cut in house like I thought. My husband had something on the burger that didn't sit well with him.

We are visiting from KY and stumbled upon this spot. The service was great, and fast our Server Izzy was patient and recommended different options for us to try. The burgers were delicious and did not disappoint, I will gladly return and get the steakhouse burger again on my next visit!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a great dinner tonight at Urban Stack in Chattanooga with my daughters! No wait, plenty of seating, and super fast service—which is always a win when you’re hungry. There’s a huge selection of burgers to choose from. I went with the mushroom burger (SO good!) and my daughter got The Big Cheese. Her fries were perfectly crispy, and I ordered the corn with smoked Gouda—delicious and full of flavor.
We loved everything and will definitely be back!

Stopped in wanted to try something new. Don't get me wrong im all for trying new things but this. I think I will ever rethink about coming here again. Probably be a great place to just drink. I hope their drinks are better than their food. My food was not great in any way. Fries cold. Fried bologna sliders... crispy pucks more or less. Left on the grill way too long. They were little hockey pucks. Fried pickles way too thick. Cut them slimmer. It's an appetizer. Turkey burger way too sauced can't taste anything else. Big Mike burger. Tall plan and boring more or less. Sweet tea should always be made from scratch were in tennessee for christ sake.

Vibe was nice, lots of staff. Food missed the mark, fries were cold and unsalted, tasted like they were made a while ago and just sitting in tray, burger was meh, bun was too bready and burger also cold i think, salad was ok but again felt randomly assembled. Likely wont be back, disappointment

I went in about 5:30pm on a Tuesday, It was pretty slow, so the service was quick! Looks like a fine dining restaurant from the outside, very chill on the inside. I liked this place because I’m on dietary restrictions as of now, and they had many options and substitutions! As you can see I got a lettuce wrapped burger, surprisingly the burger was full of flavor! I took the cinnamon and sugar off the sweet potato fries and the sauce girl in me got a side of ranch! Delicious!

Great place, in easy walking distance to several hotels. Ate here twice, food and service was excellent both times. Will definitely be back next time in in Chattanooga. Highly recommend!
