SKIP IT! my family had an early dinner here tonight and it was one of the worst restaurants I have been to. It started at the hostess station. No coloring sheets and crayons. Whatever ...... We hadn't even sat down and the waitress was asking us what we want. So I asked her to give me a minute while wrestling with my toddler. We looked at menu decided on drinks. I needed a drink and I love bacon so I chose the bacon Manhattan. She informed me that drink was unavailable tonight. Out of bacon infused booze. So I opted to the orange dream next. It was watered down orange crush with a splash of vodka????? So after a bit of waiting because I guess our waitress was also supervising the bartender we ordered a nacho appetizer and the Asian Q burger and a bacon cheeseburger. She again said they were all out of the waygu for the bacon burger. 🤬 IN A BURGER JOINT. I remarked that the manager was doing a stellar job. After a while our burgers came out. And guess? No nachos. Portions were small and I don't eat a lot. My husband visited the bathroom and I thought he had went to help with dishes because he came back with water all over the front of his shirt. He said the sink tap sprayed in all directions. Found out it was waitresses first night left our 90 and bounced. Plenty of other places to eat.

Had a very large group here tonight and sierra was in charge of taking care of it. She killed it!!! She also had a great attitude even with how hectic it was, well done.

This place is a gem! We were looking for a quick bite to eat before our Ruby Falls tour, and I am so glad we found Urban Stack! They have vegetarian, vegan, and gf options- perfect for my parents.
I got The Dirty Bird, and it was the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had.

Things changed....initially we loved this place! However, after having a burger, fries and gouda creamed corn, later we were up all night, vomiting from obvious food poisoning. Both of us continued to feel terribly sick all the next day, unable to eat anything, only able to drink a Gatorade. Not the ideal first day in Chatanooga. The service was great, as is the atmosphere, hence the 2 stars.

OMG! MUST visit!! The food? Spectacular. The ingredients? Local! The quality? Outstanding. The staff? The sweetest! The price? Affordable! We couldn't be happier. They also accommodated us for over 2 hours while we waited for a car repair. We felt right at home and were pleasantly surprised at the affordability of our bill.
I've only ever been for a business lunch. I feel like it might be more fun outside daytime business hours

I'm in Nooga for a concert and this was the first stop after checking into the Airbnb.
Industrial brick interior, plenty of seating, warm and friendly greeting from Koa (hope i spelled it right) and fantastic server in Mitre (again, spelling).
I had the Gourmet Bacon Burger, mid rare, and my buddy had the Asian Q, medium, spicy. We both had onion rings.
Hot, fresh, tasty and juicy. Burgers were amazing, vibe is cool and service was great. Home Run!
