We had lunch today at Urban Stack. Their specialty is Burgers and they know how to make them! We got two different ones and split them so we could try both. I got the Italian burger and sweet potato waffle fries and my friend got the fried green tomato burger and regular fries. It was a close race but we both agreed the Italian burger won! We split on the fries. I loved the sweet potato and she liked the regular. We had an awesome waitress, Caroline. She hadn't been there long but she did a great job!

It’s a fun atmosphere, but the service is hit or miss and the food, well, is noting special. They try very hard to be hipster-y with their recipes and in turn, it isn’t very good. If I have to add basic things like salt and pepper to make a basic burger edible, you’ve missed the mark.
Also, they add things like cloves to their turkey burger and their veggie patty …. Not great.
Not for me. Better spots.

Parking is a issue here, too many people that aren't eating there Use the parking 🅿️ for them so we always have to either pay somewhere to park or walk a block or two.

This place was excellent. Burgers were great and different from the normal restaurant burgers. Service was very good. Highly recommend.
Food was great, but the hot dogs that were ordered came out with no buns and we had to ask for buns.

We were greeted right away and seated quickly, which set a great first impression. Our waitress, Grace, was outstanding — she walked us through the specials, pointed out the drink features, and had our drinks out in no time. We ordered the French Onion Soup, House‑Cut Fries, an Orange Crush, the North Carolina Chili Cheeseburger, and a Chocolate Shake. Everything tasted great and came out fast, exactly how you hope a visit will go. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience with excellent service from Grace. We’ll definitely be back.

Food was good...not great. Service lacked big time...waitress couldn't answer a single things about the menu, drinks, etc...she has to go ask someone else every question. Then she told us there were a bunch of things they didn't offer anymore and they were getting ready to change the menu. Frankly, the experience was terrible because the service was atrocious! Atmosphere was poor because of the design of the restaurant. Everyone the door opens, a cold draft blows thru the whole place! Won't be going back... There are far better places downtown!

This place won't be here long. Its absolutely terrible. Supposed to be buy 1 get 1 free on classic burger. Charged for both and didnt have right order anyway. Overpriced for lack of flavor. Terrible buisness.
