Good food. Been coming here for a while. Unfortunately I may be done. Hate to see them using plastic containers now…it’s 2025 y’all, we know microwaving plastic is no bueno. Please go back to the old paper based containers….

SO THANKFUL for this spot in Chattanooga! The meals are delicious and perfect when you want something healthy but don’t feel like cooking (or just want something quick). Service is always friendly, too. Meals are going to be more expensive than your usual takeout but they’re worth every penny. Highly recommend the Alice Springs Chicken, Creamy Mushroom Chicken, and Street Corn Chicken!

Love the meals...walked in at 530p on Sunday. Didnt realize they close at 530p. The door wasnt locked. Girl at the desk was checking out the only customer in the store.....told me it was 530p, they were her last checkout. I get it was 530p and they close at 530p. But seriously, she couldnt tell me I could grab my meals quick and lock the door so no one else comes in? Customer service.....come on now.

Everything about this place is amazing!!!!!!!!

I would give a rating of 0 if I could. I placed a pick up order through Vibrant Meals. My meals were set to be ready on Monday of the following week. I had to abruptly go out of town until the end of the week and I called them to make sure everything will be OK to pick it up on Friday. I was told that it absolutely would be fine. It was never told that if I did not show up on Friday that my food would expire and they would throw it away. I wasn’t able to make it that Friday because they closed earlier than I anticipated so I showed up that Monday to learn that my food was thrown away and I called to sort the situation out and was told that they were keeping my money and there was nothing that they would do for me, but give me a discount on my next order. This is actually my first review I’ve ever written on a company before in my entire life and this is the most conniving and unprofessional situation that I’ve ever experienced. I am the customer and it is up to the distributor to communicate with me when I made that phone call that I need to definitely come and get it on Friday otherwise I would forfeit my food and my money. Use them at your own risk

For a busy person who values healthy eating without paying a fortune, this is the perfect option! I stop in, grab a week's worth of (filling) meals, and I'm on my way.

The food is decent and the local staff are very friendly. However, the overall management leaves a lot to be desired. The nutritional information, macros, and ingredients conflict within the labels--often by enormous amounts. Despite this issue being brought to management's attention on numerous occasions, nothing has been done!

So glad I tried Vibrant Meals. The lady was so helpful. The angus taco bowl was amazing, full of flavor. The Peanut butter protein balls were excellent. I will definitely be going back!

Food is good however the cost has increased to the point it’s not affordable long term. Instead of buying 2 meals for my husband and I , I buy one and split it between us. I’m not sure how much longer I can actually afford to purchase, as I can buy premade meals at Publix cheaper but they don’t have the variety.

I like to get a healthy meal to go. The sweat potato stuffed with buffalo chicken is my favorite. The chicken salad is my favorite lunch

The quality of the meals have gone down in the last month or two. It was perfect before, but my main go-to, the taco bowl, is way saltier now and doesn't taste as good. Same for some of the other dishes, too much sodium, overly seasoned and just not as good. It would be great if they offered half sodium/seasoning/sauce meals or something, cause at this point things just taste like any other highly processed meal you'd get somewhere else.
