Look; I know its a waffle house, I’m not expecting 5 star service but my god, it seems every time I’m here they are “temporarily closed” and it’s an hour long wait until they resume service. Especially late at night, don’t even bother coming, they will not be serving and you will have to wait for an hour.The place is absolutely filthy, I work in the service industry as well and I know how hard it is to keep a place clean especially with the type of guests you can get at times but it’s really nasty. The bathrooms are unbelievably filthy too, like absolutely disgusting.I feel bad for the employees, they are polite and respectful and I don’t envy their job but I’ve been here several times and it’s always a dumpster fire. Go anywhere else, do yourself a favor.

One of the dirtier waffle houses in the area. Some random person who wasn't even employee took my order and turned it into someone who was employed there. It was really weird. I ordered a chocolate chip waffle and instead of cooking the chocolate chips in with the batter they waited till the waffle came out and then tried to sprinkle it with chocolate chips which totally defeated the purpose. Waffle was not cooked completely and was definitely not cooked in the middle. I ended up eating about 2 bites and throwing it away. Several random people standing right outside the front door of the restaurant loitering asking for money. One guy was talking to himself and gesturing wildly we had to wait a few minutes for him to calm down before we could get into the restaurant. It was really a surreal experience. I thought I was on the TV show Punk'd I kept looking for the hidden cameras and Ashton Kutcher but no this was reality! Cleanliness is not their strong suit. Our table was sticky with leftover syrup that no one bothered to clean up. This place definitely needs a visit from corporate, OSHA and the restaurant inspector to watch and monitor for a few weeks. There's so much activity going on outside the door that a lot of people pull up in the parking lot and then just leave. I saw two potential customers do this. No one wants to spend their hard earned money only to be stopped and harassed by random strangers who hang out at the front door. Eat here if you like but you were warned.

The server taking my order was kind and efficient. When communicating with the cook who was dealing with some health/memory issues, she was so kind and patient with him. And that was the best food I've had at waffle house. Everything was accurate

When we pulled up, everyone was outside. All the shades were drawn and none of the workers budged when we were about to get out the car, so we asked if they were open. We were told that they were on break and to wait until the waitress finished her cigarette. I didn’t mind at all. It was the middle of the night lol after a few minutes, the cook came inside and so did we. He took our order, cooked it, and waited on us. We watched him do the same for a couple others that entered after us. He was amazing!! The only thing he could not do was write our checks so we had to wait on the waitress, who we hadn’t seen since we pulled up, to bring it. We ended up just leaving cash on the table because it took so long. The cook was very personable, and we enjoyed the atmosphere that he created! The food was delicious.

Never been to this one . Bathroom was iffy but had to be used because I have a daughter who goes but the atmosphere and waitress was super nice. Has a tad more seating than a regular one I think ? 4 stars only because of the bathroom.
