Came here for dinner service orribile I asked her if we can have the senior meal $7.75 she said yes because our age, she ended up make us pay $14 each. Never again!!! Bad experience!!!

The cook on shift and the waitress named heather was great verry friendly the other waitress named Jaime was verry zoned out wasn’t focused at all she messed up our order and the over all service from the one called Jaime was verry poor the store could have been cleaner I’m pretty much a regular customer at the #626 Waffle House on Birmingham highway in tiftonia Tennessee. Normally never have a bad experience. But today absolutely blew my mind at how bad and how unprofessional Jaime and the manager was very disappointed.

Totally chaotic - 2 female employees arguing with invitation to fight. Other employees taking sides. No one in charge. Food was horrible. Everything cold, waffle doughy, bacon burned. Waitress not attentive. Worst experience i ever had at a Waffle House. Won’t go again.
Great staff. Perfect for those mornings you wake still tipsy and need a good lil something for your belly. 😂 biscuits and gravy were so good. Just what I needed to kick start my 2nd day of drinking. Food came out nice and hot within minutes of ordering even though it was a full house. Definitely recommend to any travelers.

Smallest omelette I have ever seen at a Waffle House. My husband's omelette was less than half the size of mine, and the food was only warm not hot. The hash browns were ordered well done, but weren't cooked that way. They were warm and very greasy. They were in a rush to take our payment long before we were done eating as well which I have never seen in a Waffle House before. This Waffle House is a must miss!

Waffle House is our go-to for breakfast whenever we take road trips. We stopped at this location for a late breakfast the other day and the experience couldn't have been better. Super friendly staff and our food was served quickly. Everything was tasty. We will stop here again!
