If I can give 0 stars I would Went to Waffle House last night about 9:30pm there was two servers no cook cause apparently he had called in for the night the Mexican girl which was the younger one with septum piercing and gray and black hair was very rude from the time we walked in she was mad that I asked for plastic ware and stated that I should’ve asked for that before I sat down to eat lmaoo cause now she have to wash dishes and the $2 she makes an hour is not enough money for the job she signed up for talked crazy to us the whole night gave us our food and drinks with an attitude she refused to serve one of us because she sat at a table by her self and said Waffle House policy was to not serve a person that sitting by themselves at the booth and can she only be served if she decided to sit at the high top but there was also a white man who sat at the booth by himself ( not high top ) that came in after us who was served before us with no problems or questions asked and he wasn’t asked to move to high top worst experience ever from the customer service to the negligence of the staff also the server that was cooking didn’t know how to make some of the food since she wasn’t a “ cook “

Arrived at 8:30pm and was not greeted, but told to wait because they were doing shift change. Waitress went to jukebox to play songs and cleared a table. After a while I asked how long before we could be seated and they said 9:00. Two parties left before getting served. As we left, I said "I bet you loose a lot of customers". She answered "no". Then the other two parties left as well. Poor service.

We had breakfast for dinner here tonight. The folks working there were friendly but it took a long time to get our meals. The food was okay but too greasy for me. It wasn’t terrible and we were really tired and hungry.

The worst service I have ever received. Originally we were going to dine in but after seeing all of the dirty unbused tables we decided to get it to go. We made this decision before we even ordered but for some reason this really made our hatetress extremely upset. So upset that later when we were waiting in our food she gestured at our table multiple times while talking to other guests. After we upset her with our decision, she informed us that the cook was gone and would be back in 10 minutes. Seriously? While we waited I continued to watch this woman glare at us and I tried to walk out a few times but my companions’ patience and good nature convinced me to stay and not say what was really in my mind. 30-40 minutes later we walked out with our food, which was good, but will never be walking back in. I advise that you avoid this place like the plague. Cracker Barrel is right down the road and has a superstar server named Patty that puts this Waffle House hatetress to shame.

This particular morning was terrible. We stood and waited for 15 minutes without any acknowledgment. There were 4 tables empty but dirty. We left as did 2 other couples.
12/28/23 10:00PMService and food was awesome!! I walked in sat down at a table it was a little bit dirty, that did not bother me. I went and grabbed my own menu since the other employee was counting money to leave, and when the shift change server came and the cook had pointed to me and said I was first. She immediately greeted me with a smile!!! She cleaned my table and gave me very awesome service with a big smile and made sure I was taking care of!!!!When she brought me my food my 2x over medium eggs, bacon, toast, hash browns with cheese on top. Food was Absolutely Awesome, the two eggs over medium were spot on like I cooked them myself!! I was thoroughly pleased with the service and the foodI'm actually going back there in the morning before I leave out and go home. I've eaten at two other Waffle Houses along the way in the past 4 days of traveling from Louisiana to NC and Virginia and they both sucked.This Waffle House was like I remember Waffle House being!!! If we could post zero star this WH would have earned it.In all fairness, we have visited 3 times in 2023.You expect the staples from WH. Hot food, hot coffee and service for a fair price.Service people stirring around as if they were ready for a Fire Drill worrying about everything but customers.30 minutes, 3 apologies later and still no food....we departed.We suggest the Cracker Barrel or just continue down the road to a more typical, service oriented WH.
