Terrible service.. was there for 10 minutes while the waitress sat at one of the booths playing on the phone. Asked for a piece of chocolate pie, and was told " We don't have chocolate pie. We have never had that here. I wish we did. I would love some chocolate pie myself". In all my life I have never been in a Waffle House that didn't carry chocolate pie. Sometimes they are out, but they at least carry it.. Got the rest of the food that I needed which was on par with most Waffle houses..

Placed a to go order and when it finally arrived to me there was no chicken on the chicken sandwich and the hash browns were not how I wanted them, they had everything I didn’t ask for on them.

If I give 0 stars, I would. Did a togo order and they added an extra 23 dollars to my total. Made me sick to my stomach after I realized it didn't sound right. The lady acted like she didn't want to give me a receipt at the end. My fiance had to go back in and get them to make it right. They charged us the correct amount after hassling for it to make it right. We didn't even want to pay it and wish we just gave the food back because they are doing us dirty. Had to check them on their honesty, use my gas and time to drive back for them to make it right. Needless to say if you want to eat here know you are going to be charged an amount labeled other that they can't tell what it is and then conveniently "miscalculate" your meal for 23$ more, then gaslight for feeling some type of way like they did not just do you wrong.

For health reasons I cannot eat meat. I’ve always been able to substitute meat for something cheaper like more hash browns or something. Here I cannot. I have done this at countless other stores but here I just have to lose out and pay for something I couldn’t eat. Not sure why as hash browns is cheaper than meat. Guess I’ll have to go to all the other waffle houses that do it

Best attention to customer service, hands down! Toni was amazing!!! After walking out of another waffle house for not even acknowledging us, she greeted us with a warm smile and took our order right away. She has such great conversation and such a loving personality. We will be back to this location. Love from, Nashville ❤️
