Pregnant girl on night shift nasty dig in hair picked in face and handled my food she also cursed at me when I asked for my money back was just getting off the road and stopped they didn't even want to refund me my money whole order was ready but one waffle still had to be cooked was the excuse what about the nasty employee

Really disappointed, the service is terrible. The only one who attended was the cook, there was someone else there but he didn't care about our presence, the place was very dirty inside, food remains everywhere, tables, chairs, the food was not cooked to perfection 01/05/25 7:30 pm

Nobody but one server knew what to do. Couldn't even make an All Star Special. Literally had to ask us multiple times what we ordered and what we're missing. Waffles should be first thing out it's Waffle House. I knew it wasn't right when the cooks didn't mark the plates correctly.Been going to Waffle houses for over 39 years.10am. Wasn't crowded at all. Had to ask for everything. Silverware, syrup cause who eats a waffle with no syrup,Fresh coffee it tasted watered down and light. The sausages looked like bites had already been taken from them.As bad as it was I won't be going back to the Brainerd road location. I went to the Shallowford road location this morning and it was every bit of amazing!!!

Apparently we got there in the middle of shift change (9:30pm) 2nd shift cook prepared half of our meal and left. 3rd shift cook was new, burnt our eggs so our waitress made her recook them. She let the cook know that we had been waiting 30 minutes for eggs. Our waffle took even longer and was not done when we got it. We like our food brought out together. First we got our hash browns and toast. Then came the chicken, it was cold. Finally, the eggs and lastly the waffle. It was frustrating but not the waitresses fault. It wasn’t busy. There is just no excuse for the attitude and poor service from the cooks. On a positive note, the coffee was fresh!
If you try to call and place a order , 90% no will answer the phone. No biggie right ? Probably busy . So let's drive over and just order . So that's what we did. Pull up into the parking lot , three workers outside smoking cigarettes . This is the case most of the time !! So annoying

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a waffle house. Clean store, friendly staff, and the food, while the menu remains the same, this was much better. You can tell when someone is happy in their job. They could teach my local store a thing or two. Great job.

I paid 50 bucks for my order the whole thing was wrong after a long days work and waiting ( I didn't mind doing for fresh correctly prepared food) but somewhere along in the ordering process everything got screwed up

Worst waffle house experience I've had. Arrived at 630 AM. The older lady that was the cook proceeded to scream at the waiters for walking on her floors. 3 men after me entered and were served before I was talked. I was never spoke to during the entire time I was there
