My husband got off work and stopped to place his order around 11:45pm. I ordered a cheese steak omlet with extra cheese no peppers or onions and add mushrooms with a double order of very soft cooked bacon due to having 2 teeth just removed. The omelet was so messy and definitely not an omelet. On top of that there was so much grease in the container that I had to get napkins to soak it up. As I started eating, I found a long light colored hair in my omelet. Mind you my hair is really short and my husband doesn't have any. My husband asked for eggs over easy and got over hard, asked for grits with cheese and a side of hasbrowns, bit just got hasbrowns. I would much rather drive to fort oglethorpe to that waffle house. The only good thing about our food was the waffle. The quality of food at this location leaves much to be desired.

I've been waiting for fifteen minutes. No one has even acknowledged my presence. It's busy but not crowded. I can't speak about the food because they haven't taken my order. The tables are a mess. What a letdown. The night manager and waitress were both rude.Stay away from this location.

I had an experience at another store and it wasn't pleasant came to Brainerd Rd store and everyone was very pleasant and helpful the District Manager was very helpful with the situation and resolved my issue. The Brained Rd store is very clean and the staff was very polite. More stores should be like them ❤️❤️

Waitress was so high on drugs she couldn't calculate meal plus was tripping everywhere falling asleep. Bare hands touching my waffle wiping her nose. For a brand new location this place is disgusting.

Went here Fri/Sat @ 2 a.m. after the bar & there were 7 of us. Our waitress was great (having to put up with us) & our food was fresh.
