This establishment is racist, two women in there didn't speak or acknowledge me i was only acknowledge by the black lady, the black lady who was on shift had to take my order, I went to pay the ladies said nothing to me but was speaking, and greeting all the white people, this one lady in particular took my card and got angry when I asked for a receipt, but was happy to give yo the man bext to me. I got over charged for my food cause I'm missing eggs, my waffle was not correct, the lady who took my card made the lady who took my order snatched the waffle away from me. When my nremade waffle was done they left it sitting on the end of the table. The black lady had to csll for it, they said it was dome and just left it, they didnt acknowledge it was ready for pick up or anything. This is the second occasion this had happend this time my wife was with me and I will no longer return to this establishment ever again. If u ask me the whole store need to be restaffed except the black lady who treated as a person, she needs a raise. I will be contacting my lawyer about the racism I experienced in this establishment! I will never go back to this establishment again in my life!

Heavy set back lady on night staff at the highway 58 chattanooga, tn...need to find another job.. she was rude and I sit at the table for 15 minutes before being greeted.. while getting my food she cus saying she hate mf's. That don't tip on carry outs

My husband and I go to Waffle House weekly. This was our random breakfast before work. I'm not one to leave a bad review but this needed to be shared. WORST experience I've ever had a restaurant! (And I love going out to eat!)We were charged more than before, despite him ordering less than usual. We didn't even receive our bacon and sausage till he asked for it, and never received the toast and waffle! All we ate were the eggs and hashbrowns.The downside is, they weren't even that busy. Maybe 6 total people when we got there? 10 including the staff.Even though most people wouldn't have left a tip, I still left 15%. I've never not left one, at least not intentionally.
