Adam was great. He took direction and adapted to the situation.His other employees walked out, and I, with my own experience and hardship, saw him through.This location not only needs people who know how to stick it through, but a manager that inspire them.The customers were thoughtful and understanding.Not a chance this location survives without those willing to take care of people, let alone themselves.I welcome a direct contact with the franchisee, and the owners of Waffle House.

Friend went in to get us breakfast and the guy didn’t have gravy ready. Not a big deal it is super late. Said it would take 30 minutes to make it. Hilarious. Ordered my eggs over medium and they are hard. So cannot cook eggs at a breakfast joint? Hash brown are good though.

I think this location may have closed temporarily but is open again. These were the best hasbrowns I have had in maybe 8 years. The cook, Anthony, cooked perfectly. I like WH chains but normally I accept that my hashbrowns won't be perfect because either the waiter doesn't call it in correctly or the cook is too busy or lacks experience yet perhaps. Not the case here!Stars:1 - terrible (rarely given)2 - below average3 - good, at or above average4 - excellent5 - favorite (rarely given)

I love Waffle House,today when me and family went for breakfast they were busy as usual. When we arrived no one ahead of us waiting to be seated, one table was ready to be cleared and cleaned so we could be seated. A young man took it upon him self after seeing us waiting for about 10-15 minutes to clear the table as this was not his station, he knows the value of team work.. I thanked him , he took our drink order gave us our silver wear and told us he was not our server. Now I saw the server who worked this station when we arrive and she made no effort what so ever to clean table for us to be seated. When our server came to take our order I saw that her Name was Lulu.Lulu took our order. My husband and I were having a private conversation about how we felt that the waffle by the Texas road seemed to have better service. Lulu listening to our private conversation took it upon herself to ask me if I was ok with waiting, she said she heard us say something about the other Waffle House . I said sure no problem we can wait. After I thought about it, it was not her place to comment on our private conversation.But Lulu made me feel like she wanted me to leave when she asked me more or less if I had a problem. She never said but her look and her whole demeanor was you can go somewhere else and we did we told her that’s ok and we left. Been going to Waffle Houses all around.I wonder does Lulu work for Waffle House and I should be glad that she even took my order.Lulu just lost the Waffle House a loyal customer.
