So I was extremely disappointed mostly by the service!!! My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite and the man that greeted us if you can call it that his name tag said Carl, not only was very rude but his clothing was completely dishoveled and dirty!!! Not to mention he smelled awful!!!! So he greets us with a disgusted look on his face as if he was mad we were there!!!! So he gets our order brings it to us and he disappears. Well my husband goes to the bathroom and comes back to tell me that our server was in the rest room and apparently did not wash his hands before returning to work! I have never been so mortified or disgusted in my life!!!!! To make matters worse anytime he did interact with us it was like he was trying to make us feel guilty so maybe we would tip him better? He went on and on about how little money he made working there and how he had just gotten out of the hospital and was behind on his rent honestly things that he had no business discussing with complete strangers unless there was some ulterior motive behind it. I plan to contact management and make them aware of how unprofessional and disgusted i was by the time i left!!!! I do not recommend this waffle House to anyone at least as long as they have staff that acts so unprofessional working there!!!!!

Horrible service. We waited 15 minutes and didn’t even get our drink orders taken. But all the workers in the back were goofing around! definitely don’t recommend, but it’s Waffle House. What did I expect?

Walked in no wait! Hashbrowns was hard and they forgot the onions! Food was warm and not hot! They forgot bacon jalapeños and other items we ordered! Grits was so watery eggs was burnt but since I cheese in them they tried to cover it up! It was just not good food! It was like 6 workers! They do not coordinate very well because it could have been better especially with them forgetting a lot of things! We will not return to this location ever again! We eat out so much this was not good! We passed 3 Waffle House to get here! Our waiter he was good!

When I first walked in, I was asked if I was waiting on a mobile order. I said yes and At down to wait for it. While waiting I witnessed the cook being rude to a different guest who simply asked if his bread could be toasted for his particular order. He said " I don't mean to be too much trouble but here we are" similar words. Well I'm continuing to wait and wait and wait... While watching other orders being made. Well I guess the could feel my temperature and asked again if I was waiting on an order. I said yes, he said the name of the order and gave it right to me. Well I had been there for a rough 30 mins and the food was just sitting there behind the counter! Like, you could have given me my order 30 mins ago! This may seem minor to you but it isn't to me! Flat/ water down drink and semi warm food! HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Oh and I wasn't given my order because I didn't look like the name that was on the ticket! Like why would that matter????

I ordered online and came in to pick up and stood at the register patiently…the cashiers looked me right in the eyes and didn’t say anything BUT when another group of people walked in she greeted them immediately and asked if they needed help. Im a black woman and they were white so take that how you want.. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ILL NEVER ORDER FROM THAT WAFFLE HOUSE AGAIN
