When I first walked in, I was asked if I was waiting on a mobile order. I said yes and At down to wait for it. While waiting I witnessed the cook being rude to a different guest who simply asked if his bread could be toasted for his particular order. He said " I don't mean to be too much trouble but here we are" similar words. Well I'm continuing to wait and wait and wait... While watching other orders being made. Well I guess the could feel my temperature and asked again if I was waiting on an order. I said yes, he said the name of the order and gave it right to me. Well I had been there for a rough 30 mins and the food was just sitting there behind the counter! Like, you could have given me my order 30 mins ago! This may seem minor to you but it isn't to me! Flat/ water down drink and semi warm food! HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Oh and I wasn't given my order because I didn't look like the name that was on the ticket! Like why would that matter????

I ordered online and came in to pick up and stood at the register patiently…the cashiers looked me right in the eyes and didn’t say anything BUT when another group of people walked in she greeted them immediately and asked if they needed help. Im a black woman and they were white so take that how you want.. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ILL NEVER ORDER FROM THAT WAFFLE HOUSE AGAIN

Do not stop at this waffle house, employees were high as kites! Falling asleep while checking us out, falling asleep while cooking, and also while taking orders. I'm not even joking. Just completely out of it. We won't be back here at all.

WOW. This was horrible, even by waffle house standards! We went in around 2 pm on a sat. There was one person at the counter. We sat in a booth and waited for 15 minutes before this very drugged up waitress came to us. She was confused, almost incoherent. It looks her 10 minutes to take each person's very simple order. She was obviously high on meth or fentanyl, it was very obvious. The man at the counter was bouncing all over, acting very strange. The waitress returned to our table about 15 minutes after taking our order(there were no other customers) to tell us she 'confused the cook' and needed to get out orders again. (We all ordered the same meal) At this point, we were feeling so awkward and kind of sorry for her. Then another 30 minutes later some food came out but it was wrong.we let it go and waited still longer got the rest, which was wrong. It was at this point we asked for silverware, very awkwardly.she had a very hard time try to figure out how to goveus each a fork, spoon and knife. It was like brain surgery to her! We then asked for our drinks. We had 2 cokes and 3 waters. We got 3 cokes 1 water. Then... It was time to pay for this experience! Since she never brought us a check, we went to the counter. She then began trying to figure out the ticket and it was excruciating to watch. After 10 minutes she looked at my son in law and said $14.75. she was adding up the meals individually and charging for each one. I couldn't tell her, I was afraid to confuse her more. I just wanted to pay and get the hell out at that point! We live in Dalton, ga. We know what waffle houses to go to in our area. I'm not very familar with Chattanooga. I will be much more careful about where I choose to eat next time.
