Terrible service. Food was undercooked and bacon was over cooked. I asked the server to remake my eggs since they were not cooked long enough. The server Sharon with brunette hair walked away from me mid sentence when I was talking and was very disrespectful. Sharon was talking bad about me to her other waiter and cook with a bad attitude and evil stares. I held my composure and remained cal while they made my eggs again. They literally brought me the same undercooked eggs again. I rejected it immediately and asked for to be remade correctly. Sharon continued with the poor attitude and customer service and told the chef not to make me another one, even though they did not make it correctly the first or the second time. Sharon was stepping outside smoking cigarettes in the mist of this and was coming in contaminating the food with her strong odor. The communication skills were very poor. I would not recommend this Waffle House location to anyone. I refused to pay for the eggs, and Sharon started taking pictures of myself and my car and threatened to call the police, because I didn’t want to pay for the eggs, just the meal that I ate and that was prepared. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE 0/10!

So I just walked in with my boss snd the place was empty so we sat quickly. We sat and sat and then sat some more for 15 minutes while the workers were just standing there doing nothing but in their phones. We then get our order taken. I asked for my waffle to be cooked 5 minutes, I don’t think that is unreasonable. The cook brings us our food and I see that the waffle isn’t cooked long enough so I politely ask if the could throw it on the iron a little longer. I then preceded to get ignored and when I get the servers attention and politely ask again the cook tells that he making the waffles over again for the whiners at table three. Mind you the manager is sitting behind me on break I guess. I then ask why he would call me a whiner in front of everyone for just wanting my waffle cooked more. He then yells at me to get out of Waffle House! I just got up, don’t say a word and left. I have never ever had anyone in the food industry talk to a paying customer like that. And that’s that my wife has worked in the restaurant business for over 15 years. I just can’t believe that they would allow customers to be treated like this. Never again will ANY WAFFLE HOUSE have my business!!!

After being stuck at the KW Repair shop and wanting to go for a walk, i went to the waffle house where The two employees that worked on 9-8-25 in the morning/afternoon were fantastic. The cook made meals fast, fresh and hot. He even came to see if the food was up to par. Which it was. The waitress was outstanding and caring. Their customer service was out of this world. Thank you for the hospitality. Whenever I am in the area I will be stopping back by.

So I was extremely disappointed mostly by the service!!! My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite and the man that greeted us if you can call it that his name tag said Carl, not only was very rude but his clothing was completely dishoveled and dirty!!! Not to mention he smelled awful!!!! So he greets us with a disgusted look on his face as if he was mad we were there!!!! So he gets our order brings it to us and he disappears. Well my husband goes to the bathroom and comes back to tell me that our server was in the rest room and apparently did not wash his hands before returning to work! I have never been so mortified or disgusted in my life!!!!! To make matters worse anytime he did interact with us it was like he was trying to make us feel guilty so maybe we would tip him better? He went on and on about how little money he made working there and how he had just gotten out of the hospital and was behind on his rent honestly things that he had no business discussing with complete strangers unless there was some ulterior motive behind it. I plan to contact management and make them aware of how unprofessional and disgusted i was by the time i left!!!! I do not recommend this waffle House to anyone at least as long as they have staff that acts so unprofessional working there!!!!!

Horrible service. We waited 15 minutes and didn’t even get our drink orders taken. But all the workers in the back were goofing around! definitely don’t recommend, but it’s Waffle House. What did I expect?

Walked in no wait! Hashbrowns was hard and they forgot the onions! Food was warm and not hot! They forgot bacon jalapeños and other items we ordered! Grits was so watery eggs was burnt but since I cheese in them they tried to cover it up! It was just not good food! It was like 6 workers! They do not coordinate very well because it could have been better especially with them forgetting a lot of things! We will not return to this location ever again! We eat out so much this was not good! We passed 3 Waffle House to get here! Our waiter he was good!
