Horrible experience. Staff, primarily the manager, were very rude to my wife (7 months pregnant) after we already paid for our food. I emailed corporate and they sent me a generic response and gave me a $5 credit. Won’t eat at any Wendy’s again.

Our family at lunch at Wendy’s on 3/23. We had to wait a few minutes to order, but not a big deal. The cashier (Stephanie) was very nice and working hard taking orders and getting cups for her customers. The food was good, hot and as ordered. Wendy’s was also fully staffed and was able to accommodate their customers quick. We went back up to order an additional item to go, and noticed an employee was arguing with another employee and being loud where the entire dining room could hear. Keep in mind, this is during their busy time. The yelling from a female employee was the manager that was yelling for 10 minutes at another employee in front of everyone. This is very unprofessional and she should be talked to about her actions. It’s hard today to find employees who want to work, while most businesses are struggling and understaffed. The manager needs to do better with her management skills!
