Went through the drive thru Saturday November 1st and ordered a BACONATOR and this is what I got

All the food was cold and the chicken was old ,after we ate i went to the restroom and it was so bad I had to go out quickly to recover from it, I almost lost my food I don't recommend this place.

This store does not need your business. At 7:50 p we walked in and the self service was not working. I tied to ask this young black guy and he cut his eyes and act like we were not there. It is clear this store has so much business they don’t need ours. Then I called the store to ask for its store number and the girl Was telling the other one to shut up while on the phone

The Manager Nikki or Nicki was so sweet! I placed a mobile order in the app, and I added a chocolate chip cookie; but really only chose that because the app doesn’t have oatmeal bar listed for some reason. Nicki made sure I got the bar instead of the cookie. I appreciate their kindness and thoroughness.

I visited around 9/3/25 @ 8:30 p.m. after my child’s soccer practice, and while the food was fine, the service at the drive-thru was unacceptable. The attendant working the window was rude when I politely asked for a straw for the kids’ juice box. She then handed me another item carelessly, which fell back into the drive-thru, forcing me to get out of my car to retrieve it. Instead of assisting, she slammed the window shut, made comments under her breath, and walked away without confirming that I had everything I ordered.

Another employee came to the window afterward and apologized, which I appreciated, but the overall experience was stressful and disappointing. This was the only place open and convenient after practice, but the level of service I received did not meet reasonable expectations for courtesy or professionalism.

Staff was extremely rude. Wait time was extremely long while I’m getting ready to place my order someone goes out and smokes behind the dumpster in an extremely long line. It starts to smell like pot. They didn’t even remember what I ordered at the window. I had to tell them over again Overall this wind should be shut down.

We spent over $30 and they were very rude, the food was cold, they would not listen to anything we were saying when we were letting them know what we were missing, we repeated ourselves so many times for them to continuously ignore us. The overall experience was horrible and we will not be back.

Again most of the attention goes to drive threw. When we were waited on he was nice. Was unhappy withe food. Baconater was DRY looked like half piece of bacon. F. F. we're good.

i ordered, was not asked for the size of the combo but requested to swap the size for the drink and sides. cashier placed as certain size and did not wanted to make a change(i guess) deep loud sigh over intercom. paid for it to a cool fries and soggy. let’s do better

My dad went to pick up food 30 minutes before closing, it took until it closed to get all my family and my bfs food, and we are staying at a hotel less than 2 minutes down the road, he got here and we checked our food and found that not only was some of my families order missing, but my bfs order which was made separately was missing almost everything, we were missing our baconator fries, 2 normal fries, and 2 chicken nuggets, we immediately drove back and it took less than 2 minutes, we went through the drive through the guy who still had his speaker on taking orders completely ignored us so we drove to the window, and he literally crossed his arms and made an X to signify No, as we were saying through the closed window that they had got our order wrong, he just shook his head told his older co worker and he just threw his hands up in the air and they both walked away, then another worker came to the window we told him that they messed up our order and he just said “they said to come back tomorrow with the receipt, we already threw all the food away” , literally like 1-3 minutes after the store closed, not to mention my dad said there was a huge line when he left and there was still a car waiting for their food, so obviously, there was still food if a car was still waiting for their food, they just didn’t feel like giving us the whole rest of our food when we haven’t ate all day basically. This is extremely inconvenient considering we’re traveling from Michigan to Florida and we need to leave early in the morning. I’ve never had workers be so disrespectful and completely ignore us, especially when we weren’t even placing a new order we just wanted the rest of our food that they forgot. We came back the next morning and the manager refused to refund our money, instead just made the rest of what we were missing, without the rest of the order from yesterday, and took 10 minutes to do so as well, workers were talking, laughing at us and I saw one point at us as there was only one other person who entered the building, so we didn’t get to eat breakfast either before a 12 hour drive bc she just gave us our sides with no rest of the meal, when we just asked for a refund. she was rude as well, she didn’t seem to believe us even with the receipt and my family that came in directly after us to get their food, and another guy came in talking about his food being wrong directly after, I would recommend that nobody go to this Wendy’s during closing, your food will be wrong and you will get treated horribly by the workers and the manager to be real.

Fries were half full

My wife and I ordered 2 Son of Baconator combos. The drinks were extremely watered down & had zero soft Drink flavor. The fries weren't uniform, half were dark brown, the other white like they weren't even dropped in the oil, they were chewy NOT cooked thoroughly. The burgers were dry, not juicy or hot, the cheese wasn't even melted. Our meals were absolutely terrible!
