I was asked to pull up because they had to cook the chicken. When they brought out my order the fries were cold. The manager taking my order sound bothered he had to take the order.
Usually everything turn out great from this Wendy's location. Tonight we got baconator fries some of the bacon was burnt and they were very greasy. My regular fries were fresh and the burgers were warm and as I ordered them. Service was neutral. No very friendly, not rude. 3 stars due to very poor fries.

Let’s forget about the fact of how unprofessional it is that the MANAGER with the blonde hair, glasses and septum piercing had a Lego Batman shirt on with no name tag. Let’s forget that. Let’s instead, move onto the fact that in the 10 minutes that I was inside this store, I watched this woman wipe something out of her eye, fix her belly that was hanging out over her jeans, fix her hair and pick up dirty trays from the dining room followed by what? Touching food!! Without gloves! Or a single hand wash. This can be verified by camera footage Wendy’s! Do not try to remove this review as it is 100% true and verifiable. Ordered at about 9:15pm. Staff was melancholy. They forgot a drink, so I reminded them - no biggie. The thing is that I just had been discharged from the hospital and had no strength to cook dinner. I got home and they forgot my kid's fries. They also forgot my extra icing I paid for, but even then I don't think that would have saved the cinnabon pull apart that was almost as hard as a rock. It almost tasted stale. Hopefully this was just a one-off.

I’ve used the drive-thru at this location a few times and I’m very satisfied with all aspects of my experience. The workers are all friendly, polite, and helpful. The food is always fresh and you can tell they take care in putting together the different dishes. I use the Wendy’s app to place my orders, which is very user friendly, and accuracy has been 100% every time. I’ll go out of my way to order at this location — a better overall experience than other locations, which aren’t bad, just this one is the best in my book.

Usually one of my favorite Wendy’s. They had the lights off 15 mins before they closed according to google’s hours. Didn’t look like they were wanting any more customers, so obviously wouldn’t want food made by someone not happy to make it. Did the people who worked at Hardee’s down the street before it closed start working here?

Moved to hixson 1 year ago Memorial Day we stopped to have lunch as kitchen getting remodeled. This was the worst food. The place was dirty and the workers need additional training from management on down. Management standing out front smoking with employees. Dirty. Will never go back.
