Disappointing customer service, specifically from the woman taking drive thru orders at 9:15am on 8/30/25. They would rather have an unhappy customer than fix a $1.50 mistake on their part. Too bad since the food I did receive was good.

This was one of our go-tos for church lunch. But we got it to go and the hamburger was not cooked completely. The manager did say he would make it up and refund the money, but not sure we want to chance it again.

dude in the drive thru wouldnt tell me my total, just threw up his fingers showing me 2 and 1, dude didnt speak the whole time only at the speaker. i get that you are trying to be cool and nonchalant but man you at work making 10 dollars and hour 😂 you aint cool. pls fix yall stuff.
Tables are dirty. Servers look dirty. The drink machine had splatters of drink products all over the backdrop and table next to it was dirty with drink spills. There was no sugar free drinks in the drink machine (unavailable). This location of Wendy’s has gone way down in the past few years. Potatoes are very small and over cooked. Sad.

The food at Wendy’s just keeps going downhill. For me it is no wonder Wendy’s keep closing establishments. I still get a burger from time to time but the first thing I do is throw the lettuce out to the birds. Don’t get me wrong I love lettuce but romaine lettuce belongs in the salad bar. Talk about salads. I at one time loved Taco Salads but the other day I ate my last salad. Just keep closing businesses until there is no more. Step back in time and fix the food
